I loved the personal attention given by “Joe” (builds bicycles) at Trek Kenwood Blue Ash (Ohio). I bought the at-home delivery & assembly. Also, separately bought Aero Water Bottle & Cage. Joe made sure to grab it when it came in. Assembled the water bottle & cage into my Trek prior to delivery. Give Joe a raise!
