Very helpful staff when I called to get adjustments and arrange return of an item. Appreciate the shipping and return process is included in the purchase price, as on-line purchase of clothing and shoes (without being able to try on items) sometimes doesn't work. Good option too to have items shipped to a local store or home. I had some difficulty setting up the account, and phone staff were able to help.

Ordering my bike was very easy. It came several days ahead of the original schedule. The packaging was absolutely phenomenal. Absolutely no damage whatsoever, also all the tools and instructions to do the last few pieces of assembly were included in the package.

I order two Pirelli Cinturato Gravel Tires.
I received the order in the Mail and open the Box, to find out that l only received One Tire. I called Trek Customer service and Told what happened. No Problem...... Trek Customer service, put in another order and with in a couple of Days l received the other Pirelli Cinturato Gravel tire, No Questions, was very happy to solve the Problem within a few minutes.. Amazing!!!
