Very robust on-line catalog of parts for Trek frames. Easy to find and order and having the ability to save shipping costs by picking up at a Trek dealer was also very beneficial. When I picked up my order at Gateway Cycle in Oakdale, Mn the staff was extremely helpful in discussing the build-out of my Trek Madone 9.5 frameset.

I found the shoes I wanted at my local bike shop but he didn't have them in the color I wanted. So, he gave me the exact sku for size and color I wanted to find them easily on the website. Ordering was quick, delivery was fast and the shoes fit and feel wonderful.

I previously owned a pretty standard, entry level Trek hybrid. I think it was called 820 Singletrack. It was a great bike and I rode it for over 20 years. So I had zero concerns about ordering another basic Trek hybrid bike without even seeing it.

Ordering was easy, pickup was easy, and I'm very happy there was no extra charge for assembly.

Website was easy to navigate. At the time I ordered the bike, the nearest Trek/Electra dealer was an hour and a half away. And, they didn’t have my bike in stock anyway. As I have assembled many bikes in the past, I knew I could assemble this one. It arrived quickly, was EXTREMELY well packaged, and very easy to do the minor assembly needed. Love it!

I love Trek and always will, but the lack of a company response to my local bike shop when there was a problem with the shipped bike is disappointing. Thankfully they stepped up and replaced the ordered one with one they had in stock. They helped us and provided service that helps the brand. They deserve better support.
