I got a dual sport + 2LT bike. It is light weight and rolls effortlessly. I only use the electric assist going up hills. I often cycle an 11 mile loop from my house. It takes only about 1 hour and I'm not a bit tired afterwards. I'm 74 years old. Wonderful bike!

The bike is fantastic! Retail parts or clothing is very easy to order or return if necessary. Service has been very good.
I ordered a new helmet with the blendr light mounting system and the flare RT light system. The helmet fits great, and the lights are extremely bright. I like having the taillight mounted up on my helmet so I can be seen easily from behind.
The not so good part- shipping took 13 days. You need to put Lance back in charge of the USPS to speed them up :)

The customer service was more pleasurable than I expected. The customer service agent helped me pick the best bike for my wife, and she was able to find that bike and sell it to me. The bike was shipped to a Trek Bicycle shop close to me and assembled rapidly, and they called me every step of the way.

It was good experience, everything was smooth. Took 3 business days for bike to arrive. It usually takes 5 to 7 in Montana. Everything works flawless. My son totally happy.

My husbands bike was stolen in New Mexico. We live in GA but weren’t heading there so we were able to ship it to a store in Virginia where we would be. The store verified the delivery and had it ready to ride as soon as we arrived.

The e-assist makes hills a non-issue. I grew up in (table top flat) Florida where I loved to ride. Unfortunately, when I moved to atlanta 40 years ago, I quickly leaned that I hated the hills. With this bike, I’ve rediscovered an old flame!
