The guys need training. They have no idea what to do. Makes you want never to come in the door again. Does not inspire confidence in the retail outlet. Might as well order online and I wish I had. This is the second or third time this has happened.
Connor was so very helpful to me in finding the shoe that gave me the best fit and also comfortable! He listened very carefully to me , answered all of my questions! He helped me to have the scan done on both of my feet and explained the results in great depth so I could completely understand how the scan came up with the results! I will always return to Fleet Feet for any shoes I need!

Selection of different shoe models was not good. While the shoes I bought are a great fit and feel, I do not like the colors. Too stark for my taste.
Also, my salesperson did not listen at first, bringing out the wrong size requested.
