A very nice young man, Michael, waited on me today. He went through the entire scan/fit with me. He brought out 3 pairs of great shoes, they all did feel really good. He also selected 2 types of arch supports. In the end, I loved the Asics and arch supports he help select! He did a wonderful job! I was very pleased!

I am very happy with the detailed scan of my feet and gait and the excellent personalized service in helping me select the perfect shoe to help stabilize my ankle while I heal from an injury. I had never shopped with you before, but you came highly recommended from my physical therapist and I fully understand why.
I like your shoes because your employees do all in their power to make sure you have a great fit. They are cheerful and helpful and the one we had Friday were just plain fun while at the same time being very professional. Thank you. Linda
Jennifer at the Mill Plain Vancouver Washington store was amazing and very helpful in finding me the right shoes and accessories to help my feet. After trying on a few pairs of shoes, a pair of Hokas fit me best and we added a shoe insert to help my rocky left foot. It was awesome doing the foot test and seeing how my feet are when I'm standing on them.

You used to have better selection and more sizes in stock. Your staff still provides great service and makes good suggestions and fittings, but the shoe options keep declining since new ownership took over. For example, you no longer stock Brooks Addiction Walkers, which always were in stock at the Encino store.

I visited Fleet Feet to purchase socks and the clerk was so nice and accommodating that I had a foot analysis and bought a pair of shoes that feel wonderful on my feet. I will definitely return to get correct fit and excellent service again.

Last year, I took my son to Fleet Feet to be fitted for shoes because his shoes weren't fitting well. They sized him at an 11. We returned to Fleet Feet a couple days ago for another pair and discovered that he had been given size 10.5 versus an 11. So for the last 10 months, he has been wearing a shoe that's too small. He is disabled and not able to discern for himself that he's wearing the wrong sized shoe - which is why I went to Fleet Feet for correct fitting to begin with. Was very disappointed by this discovery. Employee said nothing about this issue and was like "Yep, been wearing the wrong size." It would have been nice for Fleet Feet to have taken ownership that they made a mistake and make this right with their customer. We paid another small fortune for the new pair and I double checked to make sure my son will be wearing his correct size. I think from here, I can order from another shoe place.
Felt almost as if I was a nuisance coming into the store. Have never had running shoes before in my life so I wanted to know a little bit about the brands and try on some of the different brands. They acted as if I should already know everything upon coming into the store and acted slightly annoyed with my questions and wanting to try on multiple shoes. Wish that It was a little bit of a nicer process.

I loved how they took a 3D picture of my feet to find the perfect shoe! My sneakers are so comfortable I don’t want to take them off at night!

Had a great guy waiting on me. Think his name was Alex. He is studying biomedical engineering and wants to design shoes. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. The first pair of shoes he picked out for me were perfect. You need to keep this guy in your company.
