I love buying local when I can. I spent a full 1/3 more on my last purchase than I would have if buying off the internet. And I sacrificed selection choices as well. But the service was great, as always. And I was able to try on and take home immediately. That means a lot to me. I will definitely continue to shop there.

I loved the expertise of the fitter. I loved that she scanned my feet and taught me what it showed, and didn’t rely on me to know anything. I loved that she brought several models to try and prepped me about them before I tried them. I loved how we arrived at the right shoe. It was a great experience and I’ve already told everyone they need to go.

I love your store and products. When I bring a running friend there for new shoes usually a full review is done on their stride, foot strike etc to help them find new shoes. This time, while we are happy with the purchase, the sales person didn't do any of the foot measurements or assess her running. That was a bit disappointing.
The staff at the Folsom store are helpful but not pushy. They are very knowledgeable especially Kirk. I love the return/exchange policy as sometimes you cannot tell if a shoe will work until you run in it.
