Customizable to your foot needs
My feet feel much more comfortable. I can walk and run much more comfortably and that means more consistently.
Store was busy yet I was able to try 6 different brands and sizes and never was pressured. I ended up with a running shoe that I would not have considered based on internet reviews yet was the best shoe for my needs. A good fit and first run was great.
I like the knowledgeable staff that try to match your needs to the right shoes.

Andy was super helpful! Very patient and really knew what he was talking about. Although they were expensive, I really think I found an incredible pair of shoes! I know some people that have paid upwards of $20 to have their feet scanned like the one at FleetFeet, but they offered it for free & automatically! I had a great experience and walked out smiling!

Your employees seem to know a lot about the shoes you sell and they are well trained in fitting customers with the best show for THEIR feet. I have issues with my feet and I have found that Fleet Feet is the only place I can get really comfortable shoes.

Not a very friendly staff and there was no established order in which customers were waited on. Or at least it seemed that way. We walked in and stood around for a while and no one came up to greet us and tell us they would be right with us. When we walked further into the store and approached one of the staff to ask about some shoes, we were told to stand in line. And I was left wondering: what line?
Very disappointing experience. Actually, we almost left to go somewhere else. But we had already been standing there a while, so we stayed. We ended up buying some shoes but we'll think twice about returning. I had purchased a couple of pair of shoes there before and that experience was a lot more positive.
Marnie was awesome. She really listen to me. And then took what I said and found the perfect shoe for me. She was very patient and made me feel comfortable. Which is saying a lot.
