Excellent customer service
First I was not asked to check in at the iPad until I had been in the store for 5 minutes. 2 people jumped ahead of me in line. Second, why do I have to login and provide my cell phone number to you in order to be serviced? What if I am not interested in giving you my information so you can now market to me? Third, the person who helped me basically told me I am better off just ordering shoes online. It was a waste of my time and not helpful.
