I love the personalized service and how passionate the staff is about running. I will only purchase shoes at the Lincoln Park store. It’s worth flying from LA just to gett the correct shoes!

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful on having me find shoes that fit and look the way I wanted them to. They were also very efficient and getting everything ordered and they arrived really a lot sooner than they were supposed to. The staff is excellent and the shoes are as well.

I like the tech used to take 3D image of my feet & take critical measurements such as instep & heel width. I like that you offer several different brands & I got to try on several different brands & in different sizes. I like that you offer other supporting merchandice such as inserts & moisture wicking socks. I like the advice & support of the knowledgeable sales person that helped me.
