Your staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The products are also high quality and last while offering great support and comfort. Having the machine to access each foot individually is so helpful as my daughter has different sized feet and one with a fallen arch.

I had a great experience at Fleet Feet! I am a beginner runner and am training for a half marathon. I had been experiencing pain in my calves was suspicious that had to do with the old trainers I was wearing. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and offered help choosing the right pair of shoes. The technology they use and the personal consultant made me feel confident the shoes recommended would be good options for my personal needs. I appreciated that the consultant stayed within my price range when offering options, and was engaged when I asked questions. He was knowledgable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. Multiple people associated with Fleet Feet greeted me and thanked me for visiting. It seems like a great place with a great community - no doubt because of the team they have built there. I am also thrilled that the pain I was experiencing with my calves has almost completely subsided with these new shoes! I will absolutely be back.

I have complicated issues with my feet. Therefore, I need support and comfort in a shoe that will last all day. Fleet Feet is the only store I use. The staff is extremely well informed about the brands on hand. They take as much time as you need to make the right decision about your purchase. I recently worked with Cordell at the Morrisville location. I received excellent care. He was patient, kind, and friendly. I will continue to use Fleet Feet as always.

Love how the associate who helped me took the time to listen & then explained the issue & what might help. Then he showed me several shoes to try on. I felt an immediate difference in the shoe and how my foot felt. Will definitely go back again in the future! Great customer service and products!
I like the foot scan for sizing and how much time the sales associate spent with me to find the right shoe. I also like that you have the option to return them even after wearing them if they aren't right.
