The employee that worked with me was extremely patient and knowledgeable. After the foot scan, he was able to pull shoes that met my needs. He was very patient as I tried different shoe styles and brands. Very professional experience.

Great service. I bought a pair of Hookas 3 months ago for a trip. I wore them all through the trip but they didn’t feel right, like my old pair of Hookas. I met quite a few travelers who like me bought new Hookas for a long trip who had the same problem I was having. The shoe seemed to lean in. I heard this from seven different people. When I got home I went to the store and tried another pair of Hookas which felt great. Turns out they used a new foam in the shoe I bought which caused the problem. Because my trip was 3 months I was too late to return the old shoes or get anything back on them. I bought a new pair of Hookas and can already tell they are great, but I still only had those shoes for three months and turned around $140.00 for a different pair. Seems like your company should be able to send a product back when a product is probably defective. I love your store but frustrated about this situation.

The worker was so nice and tentative
Never before have theee brands of shoes been brought out to me and I had a difficult time making a choice. Aline (sorry if spelled wrong) is amazing. She listened and thoughtfully picked shoes I'd like. I broke away from my comfort zone of Brooks and also bought Saucony. I almost got the third pair (New Balance), although that may be my secondary choice next pair/set I purchase.

This is an exceptional team that has your (the customers) foot health and well being in mind while they are working with you. I have been to this location 3 times now and I will continue to come back even though it is a bit farther for me. They genuinely want to help you get something that you can enjoy and that will serve you well. I have flat feet and every time I go In these guys go above and beyond to find the right shoes for my feet. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I do, and would, highly recommend Fleet Feet to anyone and everyone. I have sent people from my company here to get shoes and they have had the exact same experience.
