The prices I feel are extremely expensive. Always full price for shoes. The reason people go to the store for shoes. Getting a good deal would be greatly appreciated. But I noticed REI had the same shoes for 40-50 dollars cheaper. Saucony Ride 16. So not a great place for pricing.

You shop carries oofos and I like to try my shoes on before I buy them, I never order on line, I will have to now because I love these shoes and do don't carry everything or in every size.

Staff is great and selection is usually good, but prices are too high. It's hard to recommend to other families/parents on tight budgets. Sometimes even the shoes that make it to the clearance sale table don't seem like very much of a sale or value price.
Friendly staff and excellent training programs.
Feet are important, no matter what one's activity. For a senior with lots of foot issues, the quality of the shoes and the knowledge of the sales associates is very beneficial.
