I decided to go to the Richardson store instead of the Frisco store which treated me very poorly. The only reason I did not give Fleet Feet a 10 is because the way I was treated at the Frisco Fleet Feet after years of doing business with them and because you took away the discount fur educators! That was one thing I admired about the Fleet Feet / Run On .. the act of kindness passed on to educators especially since proper shoes cost a lot of money these days !

Amazing customer service with highly knowledgeable staff. The high tech scan of feet combined with finding the right shoes and in soles made a huge difference in fixing the issue I was having on my previous pair that I bought without all of the knowledge.
