I had an excellent time getting fitted for shoes. The sales person was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I am looking forward to wearing my new shoes and am hopeful that they will fix some issues I've been having with pervious pairs.

Super nice but didn't listen when insaid inwear a 9 and was told I needed a 9.5 although it felt good in store I can't run in the shoes they are too big and hurt my feet.

Every Fleet Feet I go to, which is to say Encino and Burbank, has what I want, which is shoes every couple years and those sweet gel things I treat myself to after every run, which I buy several times a year. I've bought shoes at the Encino store for decades through several changes of ownership. I'm a big fan.

Enjoyed the one on one help, the foot scan seems like a very helpful tool to use science to have some picks. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable, when one member of the staff didn’t have an answer they made sure to ask for help from another team member. I have spine issues so a great shoe is a big deal
