Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!
I love having a running store in my community with qualified staff but no pressure. I used to go to phidippides at Ansley mall but this is nice.
Knowledgeable help in picking out the right shoe.
We loved the villages fleet feet. They were great fitting my elderly mother with shoes for walking!
I went to two different of your stores to buy a pair of running shoes. In both instances I was served by two very polite and friendly young ladies. In the past the sales people seemed very knowledgable about shoes and how they suited me. On both occasions they brought be a pair of Hokas, similar to what I hade been wearing and one other option. Neither young lady offered any information about why these shoes would be good for me. In the past the sales people offered explanation of "the science" of the shoes and why certain shoes were right or wrong. While in the Patterson Ave store there were other sales people that were explaining various types of shoes to other customers and going over the pros and cons.
These young ladies were extremely nice but seemed not well trained about the products. I will continue to go to Fleet Feet for my athletic shoes in the future but I will be more assertive about who I want to help me. I want to support your stores as a local small business but I hope in the future, as had been in the past, the staff be better trained.

Chris was amazing, quick, honest and knowledgable. He even found me the right shoes on sale. This was my first time in a fleet feet, and I'm a big fan!

I like that the in-store representatives are helpful and knowledgeable for running shoe selection. For a casual runner like myself.
What I liked first and best was Emily and Dylan who worked with me to find the right pair of shoes. I appreciated their patience as together we tried to find a match that served what I needed. Second, I like the shoes I got. Third, I appreciate the 60-day return policy, because I really need shoes to support my feet in a way that also serves my knees. The policy gives me time to check out the shoes I bought to make sure they can satisfy what I need. I will certainly not need the full 60 days!
