The individualized attention from knowledgeable staff members is incredible, not to mention the awesome selection of top-notch running shoes. I was able to find exactly the right shoes for my needs. I’m already looking forward to a return visit.
The Ward Parkway store didn’t have my size of Oofos so they called the OP store and had them hold my size. Love that they made the effort.
It was an overall great experience. Went for one shoe and ended up leaving with another. I’m definitely happy I got a better shoe than I thought. I also like that they sell all the accessories there so you can see them in person rather than ordering online. I wish that the Port St. Lucie store had running groups for beginners.

Sales rep. Was very knowledgeable, friendly, and gave my husband and I many options to choose from. She didn’t rush us.
I went to legacy store and dropped 200 dollars. First time ever at your stor very enjoyable experience. However instead of giving me discount then for being new member reward I have to wait. That doesn’t work as you should’ve given me the discount then and I’d have bought more. Now I’ve moved on to shopping elsewhere for the same things that will drop ship to my door faster You lost out on an additional 350 sale (high end shoes and gear) all b/c you couldn’t wouldn’t give a lousy$15 discount. So 550 total sale is only 200 and I now take my business elsewhere. So much for the rewards program
