The shoes and inserts are specifically fit for my foot. I like that Fleet Feet has the technology to analyze my arch and proper shoe size. They were able to see that I overpronate when walking causing my arches to collapse over time.

We have shopped at Fleet Feet for years, ever since I was involved in Team in Training back in 2009. Their level of customer service is excellent. They carry a good selection of shoes for men and women.
I drove 25 minutes to Feet Fleet so I could have my feet/arch analyzed, I was looking to purchase a new pair of ON shoes with the correct insoles but the foot analyst wasn't working, so I decided to just purchase a pair of sandals instead.
The shoes are very comfortable and the associatemtook this time to explain everything.

Josh Osorio used to be an athlete on a AAU team that I helped coach. He was and still is a very nice, helpful, good kid. Glad that he is working there and providing help to all runners. He knew what I needed and made recommendations. Great hire!

Just had a great experience at Myrtle Beach SC store. Bought a super comfy pair of On Cloud Stratus sneakers. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions and knew exactly the shoes that would be right for me.
Good selection and great customer service!
Salesperson did not seem as knowledgeable and helpful as ones I had worked with on previous visits and it is those aspects of the salesperson that I come to FleetFeet for. Without that personal aspect of the service, I may as well go to Acadmey or Dicks.
