The employees are good. They take time with each customer and know their stuff. One employee ran cross country like my son so they talked about all the places to race and their times. It made it even better.
Exceptional customer service!
We have had several bad experiences with the Mason/West Chester VOA store. Purchase shoes that nearly ruined my wife's feet a year ago. Unsatisfied with the service and selection. We went in and purchased shoes for my son's cross country season. Even told the sales clerk that the shoes were for sports use. At checkout, the shoes were $138. We went to a local competitor and they offered a 20% student-athlete discount and the same shoes cost us $111. We brought the shoes we purchased from your store back and then were told we should have received a "discount" there. We have found we have to make multiple returns to your store because of price, wrong fit, etc. We are done shopping with Fleet Feet in Southern Ohio.

Your sales staff was so accomodating an super helpful with the type of shoe I personally needed. I have bursitis in both heels and my Dr. recommended Hoka shoes. You can definitely buy these on line, however the fit is so important and I am definitely glad I bought in the store so I could try the fit. BTW. This store carries the really good brands like OC and HOKA that regular department stores don't.
Staff are super helpful. They definitely get the right shoes for you. My friend learned he has narrow feet with really high arches. That's rare, but now with inserts and narrow shoes his feet deal amazing!!
