I do however have a request. My daughter's bike needs her seat adjusted but the reflector is blocking it so we can't move the seat down. My bike does not have a rear reflector but I thought it should have come with one. We'd like to bring the bikes in a day to have you look at this and make the adjustment and see if I can get a reflector on mine.

I thought I understood the way I was going to be billed but apparently I misunderstood. I think initials intakes for new customers should have a visual service with work to be performed breakdown on an iPad or something versus a conversation.
