I like that they are Trek dealer.
We always get great service from Bike Shak. I took my wife's bike (clarity diamondback) to another local bike shop for a safety check because they were turning them around faster...and well...they missed a broken derailer that Mike saw in 5 seconds when we brought her bike in for a flat tire. We will be bringing it to Bike Shak from now on, and I need to bring my old bike (the 1991 huffy that you guys made into a 1 speed) in for some repairs.

I’d strongly suggest providing military or senior citizen discounts.
Honoring the service of our Veterans is very important. Most places have a military discount nowadays.
As a senior living on a fixed income, it’s difficult to pay your high prices for a new bike. We have to purchase bikes for our grandsons somewhere more affordable.
Service (Mike) and sales men were friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience. Called Monday morning. Visited Monday lunch. They had a medium sized bike they could have sold me, but based on son being 13 thought large was better moving forward. Assembled a bike they had boxed (in stock) next day. Picked up and rode Tuesday.

My bike is a very important component in my sport (triathlon). I took it to Bike Shac in the winter for tune up service and then again recently for cassette work-Each time, the work was most professionally done, and I feel very confident about riding safely. For the tune up work, all components of my bike were inspected and worn parts replaced in order to make sure I have a safe ride. The work was done quickly on my bike, and I received an email giving me updates on parts that had to be ordered and pick up information-
Bike Shac is my go-to bike store and I will continue to go there for all bike components and repairs-They have a really nice retail area for accessories such as lights, helmets and shoes

SHOUTOUT! Huge shoutout to Tony Doll, Justin, and the Service Team at The Bike Shak [on Leader Heghts Road]! Our kayak trip this morning was canceled, due to forecast winds, so we decided to ride the Rail Trail. Turns out one of Bonnie’s bike tires [rear] had a valve stem leak. Ran it up to The Bike Shak and they replaced it in less than an hour. Thanks #TheBikeShack …. Awesome service! #RideBikesHaveFunFeelGood
