Worst bike service shop ever visited. Picked my bike back up and took it elsewhere and had more work done for half the price. I'll be making Google reviews and making sure everyone knows never to use this place. The tech lied to me about several things.
They are extremely helpful deciding which model & size e-bike was right for me.

I do however have a request. My daughter's bike needs her seat adjusted but the reflector is blocking it so we can't move the seat down. My bike does not have a rear reflector but I thought it should have come with one. We'd like to bring the bikes in a day to have you look at this and make the adjustment and see if I can get a reflector on mine.
