The weight room needs upgraded dumbbells.
You need to fix childcare times to better align with high demand classes for parents. It’s created bottlenecks and severely impacted value to families with young children

Everyone is polite, I always receive a lovely good morning. Everything is kept clean,which I'm sure is a difficult job. Thank you! I feel blessed to have you close so I can enjoy...classes,pool and gym all in one location.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
Today the y was open, but it was snowing. Teachers did not show for classes. The person at the desk said the computers were down, so she did not know if instructors were coming to teach. If the computers are down it seems a simple call to the instructors would be helpful. i am not saying the person at the desk is responsible. The y management was no where to be seen.

The cost of belonging to the YMCA is very high!! As a senior with an insurance plan that is not acceptable it's hard to justify a membership.
Have always been treated with respect. Staff is warm and caring. Classes are interesting.

The classes. Pool is a comfortable temperature, especially when it’s so cold out, makes it more enjoyable for swimming!
I have been pleased with every class I have attended. If I left, it was because it was not a fit for me, not the class or instructor. The instructors and front desk staff are very nice and welcoming. Parking can be tough at times especially during youth programs or camps. I understand class cancelations due to weather or an instructor being out. I have the 360 app which helps as long as it is updated timely. I have already been at the front desk when it was updated. I wish I did not have to miss classes when children have no school.
It is a very warm and inviting atmosphere. There are classes available for all.

Beautiful facilities friendly people very clean. I signed up my son's family for a membership I've been a member of the local YMCA since I was 12 years old and I believe in their doctrine.
