Fix the audio on the TVs
The front-desk and day-to-day staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, but the overall value of the membership has noticeably declined. Previously, the Y offered a variety of included programs—like art, science, and youth fitness classes—along with frequent community events. Now, the included benefits seem largely limited to adult fitness and basic childcare, making it feel more like a standard gym with swim lessons than a community YMCA.
Communication from leadership has also been frustrating. After multiple calls and emails over the past month to get information about a teen program listed on the website, I have yet to receive a response from Ryan. Given the reduced programming and lack of follow-up, we are currently reconsidering whether to maintain our membership.
I love that it is always so clean, smells like a Spa, Everyone is very nice and respectful. They have the best workout classes and the most variety of classes. All the teachers for the classes are amzing!
I enjoy going to the Y classes and doing weights in the exercise room. The people who work at the Y are very nice and friendly. The members are very sociable and it is nice to meet them.
Everything….including a well maintained facility, friendly & welcoming staff, the variety of fitness classes, highly trained & skilled instructors, just to name a few!
