Friendly, comfortable non judgemental environment. Down to earth staff. A few nice place. My only dislike is the influx of kids in the summer.
Go back to accepting Silver Sneakers. I appreciate that their reimbursement rate is unsatisfactory, but would gladly pay a surcharge above what they pay.
Water aerobics comraderie
Having TV access at exercise machines. None seem to work.
For exercise classes that are popular, provide more options so that classes aren’t so crowded.
I mainly use the pool and enjoy the water fitness classes. The Y could improve by making sure that all the water aerobic teachers are all qualify and able to teach classes that are worth while. One instructor is frequently out and when she does teach her classes are poorly run, with low attendance.
Staff and facilities are top notch!
I just love the facility, and the people who work there. Clean, courteous, and willing to help all times.

It would be great to have a deep-water class one night. Plus have a Pilates class and stop taking on new members as the classes are over loaded

The Woodruff YMCA is the most diverse group of members and staff that help create a space for all to enjoy without feeling intimidated or judged. There are children, teens, adults and many seniors enjoying the many programs and equipment they offer.
Loooove the pool! And staff is super friendly.
Create an outdoor basketball court. Not the two uneven hoops in the parking lot you have now.
Cleaner gym area. Mats are filthy. More help in the gym during peak hours for the youths who work out there. The youths are great, and it’s an amazing place for them. Some hands-on help for them could be beneficial.
The friendliness of the staff. Just love them!

I enjoy swimming there there have so many classes for seniors and families and kids and they have an amazing weight room
