The Y monthly cost is very high as compared to other gyms in the area
One improvement would be to add a basketball floor to the large room

Clean facilities, well-equipped gym and wonderful pools.
Staff is good, but the management is really off on environmental aspect of the facility. Even though the building is at end of life there are some simple low cost improvements they need to consider. Management is very rude about these issues. Take a new look at the management.

Add another pool. Swim times for working adults are limited and not always convenient.
Upgrade the facilities in general, including locker rooms, add a sauna. More parking needed. The faculty seems dated and too small to accommodate the community for the size of the town.
Add more advanced learning activities for kids other than state level. You can also go a level up to give jumpstart to kids. Other than that staff is really great!
Clean floor in weight room more often ( especially corners, along walls and remove “creature” traps in a timely manner)
Scrape and repaint areas of walls in need

I am a long term user of the pool at the Y. The lifeguards are so nice to everyone, and so solicitous of some of the seniors. I would like to commend both Nick & Nicky for their efforts in this regard. Sarah is also someone who really shows concern when she sees someone needing a lane designation etc.
Everyone at the reception desk is so friendly. Many greet me by name. I know they can see my name on the computer screen when I log in, but it is an appreciative gesture.
However, as I age, I would so appreciate more handicapped spots in the front of the Y. In the past year, I have 2 surgeries. When I was able to return to the Y to exercise, especially at that critical noonish time, when the kiddies are being picked up, the available parking is an issue for me.

The pool is very well maintained as well as the woman's locker room and family bathrooms. The pool staff has been very friendly. I love that I can get into the pool very early in the morning to start my day!
cameras in the classrooms, especially with the toddlers.
there have been a few occasions where my child has had an incident report and I just have to go along with what was written in the report and trust that the teacher is being honest but it would build a better rapport between the facility and families if there were cameras that the parents are able to pop in and monitor through an app or device.

The course offerings, instructors, and hospitality of the staff. This is the BEST place for older adults to stay healthy. Outstanding experience and the nicest members.

I love the variety and number of classes and programs, as well as the staff and facility. I do wish you accepted Silver Sneakers and had a sauna and separate carpeted locker room from the pool locker rooms.

The fitness areas (multipurpose room, trx room, training room) need a major facelift and need new equipment. Would also like to see more variety of classes.
Outstanding staff and exercising facilities. The men’s locker room and showers could use an upgrade. Overall, an excellent, well managed and accommodating YMCA. Highly recommend.
