Beautiful facility, clean and modern; classes are limited in size with reservations so there is sufficient room to work out; teachers are friendly, welcoming and upbeat. A lovely experience.

Friendly, welcoming staff, facility is clean, the offerings meet my needs, and the multi-generational openness. Once you join, and attend, you are embraced into the YZmCA family. People care about each other and support each other.

The people are nice, the hours are convenient, and I love the two pools.
I go to Stratford Y for the gym and the evening hours fit my schedule best. I was very disappointed in the change from closing at 6 on Saturdays to 4 and from 4 to 2 on Sundays. The membership is pricier than a traditional gym but was worth it to me because there was rarely more than a few people at the same time as me to exercise. I haven’t come across other desirable uses of the facility.
Since January I have been taking part in three of the 8:00AM classes that have been wonderful with instructors who are so helpful and attentive, Rita, Antoinette and Lisa.
I recommend them to everyone!

Plenty of availability to swim. Staff was exceedingly kind.
The events are well organized and useful. Soundview YMCA is within 10 minutes of our house and they cost is covered by our Medicare insurance. What's not to like?

Enjoy going. Happy that chair yoga was expanded to 4 days. If you can do a better job of getting a supply of rubber feet for the yoga chairs I’ll give you a 10

It’s not just a gym, it’s a place for all ages and activities !!!! I’m a senior, it’s safe and clean.. I highly recommend !!!!
I started swimming at the Stratford YMCA in April this year. I love it. The pool is nice and warm. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Service with smile. I go to the Y usually in the middle of the day and sometimes I feel like it's my own pool. Most of the times they have lanes open for free swim even if there is a class going on at that time.
