How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I though your photos should have been taken from the stage so student and dean are not looking down. For still portrait head or light can be slightly adjusted so light does not reflect of glasses. I realize you have hundreds of students to photograph for stills but taking time to straighten out robe, tassels, etc would produce a better photo and promote a desire to purchase more photos.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Pictures were not great…most of my pictures were blurry. And some of my pictures weren’t really pictures of me…I was in the picture but not the subject or focus of the photo. The pictures are also ridiculously over priced. I also couldn’t even apply my discount the school offered.

I was amazed how quickly the grad photos were available after graduation & I was happy with the options and speed that items were received. Photos were great too!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Lol. So, in the pictures of me on the stage, you can see just how blue my hair is. In the single picture of my before the stage, the photo was so heavily edited that my hair was no longer blue. At all. Yet, you could see where they missed editing a few spots of my hair, that show my blue hair. Lmfao. That was just so interesting and tacky, whether the photo needed that much editing or not, you completely changed my entire hair to something it was not. It doesn't accurately represent me.

They could have gave some feedback on how to tilt your head to help improve the look of your picture. To help them look less like a mug shot example look up, down, move your hair, etc..

Photos aren't great and so rushed there was no attention to detail. For example, my honor rope had become lopsided and showed in the photos. I couldn't order some because of it. The thumbs up was dumb. Come up with something else or more professional.

I wish you had had more choices where my graduate had been photographed individually or with her grad class. There was a photograph where my graduate was not looking at the camera.

While I liked the individual graduation photos that were taken, the rest of the pictures I was in were not very good. Either my eyes were closed or it was from a bad angle. In the few shots with 2 other grads, there were only 3 pictures and in none of them did all of us have our eyes open. In one of the 3, someone was walking in front of the camera, obscuring half the picture. That would have been a great photo that I certainly would have bought, had there been a couple more pictures taken so that at least one would be of good quality.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I received the wrong graduation plaQue. I called and was told that they would send me a new one. The plaque was of a student from Missouri and I am from Fitchburg State.

Called a second time. Someone was supposed to reach out to me. Never did.

A week later I called and was told that a new order would be placed - showing I owed zero dollars and with a tracking number. Never received an email with the confirmation or a tracking number.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am about to contact the Better Business Bureau about this. My credit card has been charged and I still do not have my merchandise. I will also be contacting my credit card company regarding this matter.

The photos are not in focus and of very low quality in general. For what you charge, you should be ashamed of the final products you are delivering. What can you do to make it right? You could offer a refund or partial refund for sending sub-par products. Thank you.

I appreciate that the Grad Team had photos available for all events our daughter participated in. Most of the photos were of high quality under difficult circumstances.

The image quality is okay, but the background changes look horrible. I would prefer the background to match the portrait. At least change the contrast and lighting.
