I ordered the 3 pack JPEG package and sent them to my mother for printing. The online JPEG version is working fine, but the printing has been incredibly difficult to work with, and the photos have not been formatted properly despite multiple attempts to change the formatting. That is something that was - and still is, I haven't gotten a response from the help email I sent - very frustrating to me

The initial link had 3 pictures, so I ordered copies of 2 out of the 3. I wasn't very pleased with the repeated "MSU" background, but this was the only photo available. After my pictures were delivered, I got a reminder to order, as prices would go up. I clicked on the link to find 2 additional pictures with a much nicer background. I spent more money to get these. I wish I could send the 2 I ordered with the MSU background back and get a refund. Not happy all choices weren't presented at the same time. Name removed
Loved the pics and received very quick!! Reasonable price
The photos were good, the clean up was good. Love that there is no money up front and we were able to pick after we saw the quality.
The photos were very expensive and the photo of me and the Dean wasn't good. I was not completely in focus and too bright. It was clear that these photos did not get any sort of editing even though out of camera wasn't very good. I expected better quality for the high price.
Also the amount of emails claiming the "low price " was ending was outrageous.

I was disappointed with the outcome of my recent photo session. It would have been helpful if the photographer had noticed that my hat and tassel were askew, as this detail affected the overall appearance of the pictures. Additionally, the photographer, who was seated on a stool, did not provide any feedback or suggestions during the shoot. A mirror could have been a useful tool to help me adjust my appearance. Furthermore, I found the pricing of the pictures to be quite high considering the experience.
Nothing about the entire process was personalized. This felt about as enjoyable as getting a picture taken at the DMV. This is a big day for people and rather than being treated at all like humans, we were rushed through as if we were nothing more than objects on a conveyor belt. I wanted truly professional pictures, not pictures that are the equivalent of elementary school pictures. Beyond that, we had no chance to review or retake anything. I don't care that there's a lot of students, this was a huge deal to me. I wanted to hire my own professional photographer but because of the highly unusual setup, I wasn't allowed to. I will never get this day back and to say I'm disappointed is the under statement of the year. Additionally, I received so many emails telling me I needed to "buy right now!!!" Otherwise the prices would increase. I felt so pressured to buy pictures that frankly weren't great. After I bought them, like a week later I suddenly got an email with a 30% discount offer. Are you kidding me???!!! How insulting and absolutely rude!! On top of that the pricing structure was outrageous. $60 for a single digital picture??? And then if I wanted 4 there were no options to buy only those 4. I either had to buy 3 or buy the whole package. And then you have the audacity to upcharge for professional touchup?? So what does that make you, not professionals? The pictures certainly didn't look professional. With that being the case you are out of your minds for charging the prices you do. Never again will I buy anything at all from you.

The pictures on the stage were just ok, not great. Overall, the photos were too expensive for their quality.
Well out of all the pictures I had 3 were good there was 2 that weren’t even of me I was in them but you could barely see me but could see another student just standing and there was one where my eyes were closed which was not that great and there one where I just look absolutely horrible in but the only one that was remotely good was the one where I’m standing with the dean who is handing me my diploma so yeah I had to go home and get better pictures cause the one that the school made were horrible.

When looking at the touch up service. I think the directions needs to be more clear. We, thought when selecting touch up service. that all of the different poses was going be to covered. We must have missed the direction at the initial orders.
We reordered the touch up service to the poses we selected since. It turned out great!
