Very quick turn around and great pics
Nice pics. High quality photo paper.
Maybe when shipping photographs insert corrugated cardboard or something more than one piece of cardboard no thicker than the photographs, so they don't arrive curled or bent. When has a note on the outside of the envelope to not bend ever worked? I'm still trying to straighten the 8x10 photos, The pictures are wonderful!
Got pictures at the events that I never would have gotten.
Picture taken I knew my eyes were closed & requested a quick retake, photographer said no had to keep moving with next graduate. When I got the proofs sure enough my eyes are closed. Sad because it is the one I really wanted, just finally walked across the stage all the hard work put in for that moment only to have a picture with my eyes closed.
Very easy to access and they offered individual buys not just packages.
Fast dependable delivery. Backgrounds, especially of the bell tower, are great memories of campus.

You should have a piece of cardboard in the envelope with the picture. My envelope was folded and put in my mailbox, which in turn folded my picture.
It was easy to register for the photos, and they were delivered to my email quickly.

Send pictures in a more sturdy envelope, possibly cardboard or through UPS or FedEx. My daughter's envelope was torn and the pictures were bent. They were replaced, but this could have been avoided with better shipping practices.

The picture came out bad. Photographers clearly do not know how to photograph people of color. However I was very surprised that id have access to the photos.

They captured many moments, including after the graduation ceremony with my family.

There was a piece of cardboard on the back of the pictures, but nothing protecting the front of the pics! Therefore, mine came w an indentation of some sort that IS noticeable :(
