The photos were not that great and the packages were very expensive.
Pictures were great but prices a little high. I would have bought more if I could .
There was a piece of cardboard on the back of the pictures, but nothing protecting the front of the pics! Therefore, mine came w an indentation of some sort that IS noticeable :(
The close up pictures were blurry.
I reached out for help via the help email address and have still not received a response or help. I would please appreciate if someone would please reach out to help address my issue.
The corners of my pictures were bent. It was very disappointing considering the price we paid.
Very efficient -- but might have helped to have a third person fixing hoods and hair for the final posed photo... mine was upside down and my hair was still under the hood. OTOH, the photo is great -- I'm smiling and the lighting was perfect for all of the photos.
Packaging can be much sturdier and waterproof.

Quality is really bad, glasses glare should be removed before selling these pictures. Not happy customer.
You guys are good. The reason why I rated you guys a 7 is because I got my graduation picture and it was a bit small for my liking. Other than that, my graduation pic was truly great with the American flag standing in the background behind me. Everything is top notch except for the size in my opinion.
Ordering was easy and the pictures were great!!
Commencement was very low stress - we didn't have to worry about much. It's run like a well oiled machine. I knew that going into it, but seeing it in action was great.

Very organized. Friendly staff. Adequate parking. Plenty of places to take photos. Loved the different backdrops. Photos very nice and reasonably priced. Loved the fact we could skip the speeches, as sadly through the years they have become so political instead of focusing on the graduates. Highly recommend.

I ordered touch up and the tassel from my son’s graduation cap is stuck on his ear. I thought it’s obvious that needs corrected. Why wouldn’t the photographer notice that and fix it prior to taking the pictures.

The interface to view and order photos could be better. It's not efficient viewing back and forth between photos, the photos do not enlarge very much and the interface does not seem mobile friendly

My son's eyes were closed in his picture. I only ordered because I thought it summed up his high school years.
