Photos arrived bent and need to be replaces. Also, the photos with the thumbs up look awful and the retouching was terrible.

The variety of different pictures!
I paid almost $30.00 on 1 8x10 and when I received the photo, the quality was poor. It came bent and when I opened it, the picture was so blurry. Whomever took the photos did not focus their camera correctly, because my sons face is as blurry as the background. Im highly disappointed that I paid that much for one photo and it isn't even good. Im so grateful I did not order a package like I was planning too. I would not recommend this to anyone else. It was a special day that we cannot re do, unfortunately. Just very disappointing.

It would have been nice to have a better angle of our student receiving his diploma where you could see more of the face and less simply the side of the head.
The previews were too low quality to tell which pictures were good, especially the far away shots, so I purchased photos that looked ok on the preview but when I was able to view the full resolution image they don’t look good. Additionally, the photos I received are grainy and absolutely not worth the money I paid for them. If anybody ever asks me about my experience with purchasing photos from this company I will strongly recommend against using or purchasing any photos.

The outdoor pictures of my graduate walking around the fountain had other graduates dominate in the photo. Also, the first link received was not my graduate at all but someone else.
The photos of the stage were ok but large chunk of empty overhead space and it was difficult )actually impossible) for me to utilize the crop feature.
Pictures were very expensive. There was lots of glare on the photos.
In general, good photographer for event. Nothing special about the company.
The lighting is so washed out, with shadows falling directly over his face.

It is nice to have access to photographs taken by professionals. I don’t love the photo that was taken holding a beaver stuffed animal, but I am happy with the Photographer ability to retouch the portrait to be closer to what I actually paid for it. Thank you.
Perhaps I am the person who did not read the description correctly but the appearance on the website for the frame I ordered did not look like what it did on the website when I received it.
I liked that there were candid photos taken, not just the posed ones. Two of the three pictures I ended up ordering were candids.
Pics are great
The quality of the photos were a bit disappointing but I guess since I didn’t purchase the 20.00 per photo touch ups I deserved it.Just sad that you all can’t provide a normal decent quality photo without trying to screw people into buying your upgrades.
Quality of photo not great
Everything looked great, however I was hoping the flash on my gown would’ve been fixed when I paid for all of the touch-ups.
I was expecting a more high quality product. They did not meet my expectations.
