Product support was very helpful when I received my first set of pictures. The first set was packaged in an envelope, and upon receipt, the package was bent and was wet. I called support, and she immediately resent new pictures and addressed making sure they were placed in better packing material to protect the pictures. Thank you for the awesome support!

Everything was fine for me.
I have not received my order.
The photo is seriously grainy and blurry, and the photographer should have had him take off his glasses. There is a big glare on the glasses. So either the photographer didn't care or they wanted us to pay the extra to remove the glare.
my photos i ordered arrived bent
When my prints arrived the corners of every picture were bent. I would recommend better packaging for shipment
Received someone else's photo mug. Never received the 2 mugs I ordered. No response to emails sent to help@gradteam

I realize it’s a heroic effort, but the photographs were not good. We didn’t even want the minimum order of three electronic images - there weren’t enough that were good enough. Nothing to be done at this point.
some photos were bent when i received them.
My photos were ruined when the postal service carrier shoved them in my mailbox and didn’t close the door all the way and the photos got wet and damaged. I called customer service and they were very helpful and said they would send me a new package. I was so happy and thankful!

Everything felt super rushed. I also saw a few things about myself in the photos that were ugly and unnecessary. If the photographer has said, “Hey, would you like that cheap paper nametag on your dress to stay in the photo, or would you like to remove it?” it would have definitely made for better photos.
