I had very negative reactions to the initial text I received from the company with a link to order. It was unprofessional and lacking in personalization enough that I instantly assumed it was spam or phishing, so I ignored it for two weeks!

Our first set of pictures were send in a paper style envelope. The second one was sent in more cardboard. Unfortunately both pictures came bent. Not necessarily the companies fault but the mail carrier

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

They pictures of my daughter shaking the president's hand was not focused. In one a girl was in front of her and in the second one, she was out of frame. Maybe stop the student as they shake the presidents hand. Also, in the field, there was someone in the frame on their phone. Maybe have someone there to help keep others out of the frame. I am not happy with final prints, but still purchase for memories.

On June 19, 2025, I paid $100 for some digital pictures. It is July 4th and I still have not received them. I sent an email today.

First, your phone customer service was excellent. Turned it all around.

The trouble I had was not ever getting the initial email after purchasing, so I couldn’t find the link to the photos. Then, I emailed the help address twice with no reply. I’m grateful for the phone number because without that I wouldn’t have had any response (and yes I checked junk mail.)

One other thing that could be improved would be to combine photos for one student at multiple events. I received like 20 links saying time was running out after I had already purchased the photos I wanted (and couldn’t find them, but also wasn’t hearing back from anybody while receiving the purchase emails.

I realize it’s an insanely busy time of year and there are hundreds of photographers taking really nice photos to make this all work. So these are just my honest thoughts about what could improve customer experience, while also being really happy to have the photos. Thank you!

This was such an amazing experience and celebration of what I accomplished and so many others. Like many others that go to WGU I began my journey later in my life. The celebration event and the graduation ceremony made me feel so special, I have never been so celebrated in my life. Everyone was kind and so excited for us. My heart and soul was healed that day and so was my inner child that didn't get to experience the college life out of HS. I was able to celebrate with the people that supported me the most my husband and son and my good friend. Thank you to the Grad team for making this moment in my life so special.

The picture I ordered was packaged well.They made a typo of the word commencement but when I texted them they git right back to me. They recognized it was their mistake and sent me a new picture.

I didn’t really have direct experience, that is the reason for the 8 neutral selection. My daughter was photographed by them as we stood very far away. I will say that in the short time they have the Grads to take pictures, the results were great.

Offer a couple of different poses rather than so many backgrounds, and not so many pictures of the procession with several other students in the picture. Ordering was a little cumbersome in terms of finding and choosing the photos, could be streamlined/simplified a bit.

Instruct people to tilt their heads to remove glasses glare, and improve the face-matching tech (one of the photos I know was taken of me is not available for viewing or purchase).

The team took a nice variety of pictures of our grad. Unfortunately the one of her receiving her diploma from the university president was out of focus and that was one we especially wanted.

This may be the school, but let the grads keep the card with their name and the bar code to scan for pictures. Our daughter didn’t have her phone on her and could not scan the card and she had to give the card to the person who said her name at the ceremony. She told us scanning the card was the only way to get pictures. We did not receive any prior knowledge of how professional photos were being handled.

You get exclusive access to take these photos and then charge ridiculously high prices for any and every package choice. Companies that use their priviliged access to gouge people like this just disgust me.
