I ordered photos with touch ups and they dont look like they were touched up at all. I see a dark thread/or hair across the picture. Thats disappointing considering these photos were not cheap. I also expected teeth to be tou he'd up and they also were not. I paid for touch ups and didn't receive what was paid for.
And I didnt want the added writing on the phots but it was there. I paid a lot and did not get what I was expecting out it. I'm pretty upset overall.

I never received my pics (checked junk folder) and no responds when I sent an email asking about them. I have already paid (2x I think for pics I never received). Name removed

The prices, the cost of graduation day pictures and the cost of Senior pictures is mind blowing. Also there needs to be a way for just single picture purchases either print or digital. Also with each digital purchase of picture a release form so the parents can choose how many copies they need.

My order was filled exactly as I requested, and it arrived in a timely fashion.

The photos are good and easy to access.

I loved the close up image of our graduate. I was a little concerned about the university’s name distorted in the background. I would have liked to see the full name. The caption at the end of the photo bearing the school’s name is good. The picture should have come with the framing instead of being extra. That would have enhanced the picture.

The pictures as a whole looked good. The larger size 8x10 had her hands cut off. I called and they took care of it and mailed a new print out.

We felt that the background options to choose from were not of great quality and not appropriate for a college graduation photo. (A garden scene background is for elementary school!)

We were able to order the photos we wanted, they are good quality....kind of expensive, but college graduation is a big deal so the expense is a one time thing!

Pictures we're nice but the prices are ridiculous & of course, as a parent, we didn't have a choice but to order from this company. The cost of a picture is minimal & your mark-up is just a way to rip people off. You rip people off with outrageous pricing & then the shipping? To charge what you do to ship 2 small pieces of paper is nothing short of ripping people off. I'd never recommend anyone to order from this company, very disappointed.

Picture quality wasn't great; only 1 pose so I couldn't buy more.

It was nice to have a photo from far closer to the ceremony than we were able to sit. Prompt delivery.

I liked the fact that I could order only 1-2 pictures in the size that I needed and not have to buy a whole package when I do not have family to send pictures to. This is hard to find now days and when you have to buy a whole package you end up with so many extra pictures that go to waste along with having to spend a lot more money. Thank you for offering the choice of just single picture.

With so many students graudating, I had very low expectations for the professional photos taken at the ceremony. When we saw the proofs of the photos, we were shocked. They were awesome! We liked them so much that we paid for digital copies of 6 different poses (an option I appreciated with so many family members who want them). Selecting and ordering the photos on the website was very easy, and our images arrived quickly. Of course, I would love it if they were less expensive. But we are grateful to have these memories of our son's graduation! They are already printed and on display in our home.

Most of the shots look like photos I could’ve taken myself with my phone. On the cap and gown pics her stole is crooked and hanging off her shoulder a bit. It would’ve been nice if she was told these things in order to fix it. I would’ve loved to have gotten an official cap and gown picture of my daughter, but instead I was forced to get a candid shot because it was the best pic offered. A very disappointing experience for such a special day.

I am grateful that even over a year after my daughter's graduation, we were still able to order her photos! This means a lot to family who may forget or not have the funds at the time to be able to purchase those memories.

The photos of me with my diploma had finger prints all over the diploma prop that was used. I understand the prop was used by multiple people, so finger prints are bound to happen. However, my pics are ruined because of this blemish...it was the first thing I noticed when looking at the pic. Even so, I wanted to order pics to have for my family and when I looked into touch up corrections for the pics, it only included touch up corrections for the face. So, unfortunately I am stuck with pics that have finger prints all over the diploma. I feel I spent WAY too much money on these pics to have to settle on the quality or to have to take the digital copies to another photographer to be touched up...not to mention, I'm not even sure if another photographer could touch them up.

Pictures are beautiful. However I was sent a discount code for 20% off. When I got to checkout, the message started that the offer code was invalid.

Choosing the photos was easy but trying to determine which package was the most appropriate for our needs was a little clunky. It seems like the package options could be a little tighter on the same page and other photo gift items on a separate page or under a separate tab. It was a lot of scrolling up and down trying to compare the options.
