I refrained from taking more photos because of the photographers being present but then was underwhelmed by what was available to purchase

Some of the picture backgrounds that were generated looked fake. You could tell his image was placed on top of backgrounds.
More opportunities for family photos - I would have ordered them all!

Pictures are very nice and clear.
I received my daughter’s graduation portrait today and it was folded from one edge. Despite the hard tube cover and warning of fragile material the tube was still bent.
My original photo was damaged in the mail. I sent an email to the Customer Service Team and it was replaced with no questions!!
Photo and frame was exceptionally nice. Also received my order in a very timely manner. Was surprised I got it so quickly.
The photos were beautiful. The website was easy to navigate to order prints. Prints came quickly, well packaged, and look great!

The prices for the pictures were ridiculously high. The picture quality was very disappointing and of very low quality. I cannot do anything with the pictures, cannot even show anyone the picture.
What you can do: If I can get a good quality reprint of my pictures, that will be great.

I recall the landing page being unclear to me. The 3-downloads deal was confusing and I had to go into the ordering interface to understand that I could select 3 different photos and download each of them. Other than that, I was really happy with the variety and quality of the photos and am happy with the ones I chose.
The cost is literally extreme! You should price those pictures more reasonably. Also- I'm still waiting for the actual pictures in mail. When will I get them???

Thank you for your service. I likely would have possibly ordered something other than magnets but each view seemed to cut off hands, or diploma, or the word Oregon and I didn't like that.
I received a damaged photo and customer service was quick and replacement sent.
The online interface could be better - clear options to save what one is working while being able to easily explore other photos. It would be great to compare photos with different editing options side by side.
The picture arrived quite quickly and was a great picture to have for our memories!
