The pictures were not that great. You took two poses and Gave weird ai background. I bought the digital package and it was very expensive for just three poses! Not satisfied at all
Ensure the delicate pictures are better packaged/secured bc the edges/corners were bent. I paid TOO much money for the pictures for them to be sent to me in such flimsy material.

Fast and nicely packaged, good quality products
The services are super easy to use, customizable, and the facial recognition of the students that are photographed are automatically sent to that person instead of scrolling through thousands of pictures to look at your pictures. The Products also are great quality and customizable on the unique and multiple formats you guys offer.
While ultimately I am pleased with the images we purchased, given the circumstances a huge number of graduates to photograph creates, to get there took a while.
I asked for improvements to the initial images and while the customer service staff was agreeable and accommodating, the process took a couple of check-ins over a week to reach satisfaction.
I paid like 100$ for three jpgs thats insane. Digital should be like 20$ tops. I understand if you’re charging out the wazoo for prints, because then you actually have to print a physical item, but you already took the photos, you’re just holding them hostage unless I drop 100$.
