Professional job down!
The photos I received are poor quality. The image isn't clear and sharp. It's like blurry or weirdly fuzzy.
Never revieved images
I was disappointed by the quality of the photo. It was not a crisp photo to begin with and after the retouching it lost even more definition.

First of all, I am just now getting access to my photos after reaching out to find out where they are. I ordered them on august twenty seventh. I was expecting to receive them in the mail for a hundred and seventy nine dollars, I now have to print out and pay for the prints at another location which is going to cost me more. After reaching out, I was told to check my spam and they were there.
That is not good business.
Everything about the Grad celebration was excellent. I felt every need was anticipated and exceeded my expectations!
Your cost is utterly ridiculous. I am trapped and forced to purchase a picture because circumstances did not allow me to take my own, but I do not think it is a fair price.

The fact our family was asked not to take pictures while we walked the stage and then you charge an outrageous amount of money for the pictures is such a scam. We should have hired our own company because you guys made thousands off us. It’s sad
I love the different choices we can order from for our pictures and other products such as frames, etc.

Not make the other grads that are not Penn Foster feel like they are extra. Letting them know an estimate of the time it could take.
Personally, I wanted to take pics in a stand so I asked if I could go but they couldn't tell me if we were going in soon or not.
Good communication, pretty easy to understand the process, we elected digital download and received the files without issue.
