The Grad Team failed to produce the official photos that I took in front of the UND backdrop after I walked down the stage. It was the most important photo that I needed and for me to know that it was lost was very very unfortunate. To make things worse, the cost of ordering the GRAD Team photos were way too expensive - twice inflated to say the least !
The events were well organized and there was plenty of staff around to ask questions
The alumni event at the museum was a cool place, I wish there was more signage or a map, we missed things cause stuff was all over the place.
Food was great
The photos originally sent were in a paper envelope, that got bent in the mail. I did send a picture of the bent phots in and new ones were sent to me. Which was great However when getting the new ones you can clearly see the corners of the photos were bent during the mailing. the mailer only contained the pictures and nothing to prevent them moving around. Thus the corners got all bent up. For the amount these pictures costs, the shipping could be much better.
The prices are too high
Graduation was organized very well. Great experience!

-The glares. I paid to have the glare on the diploma cover taken off and it was not.

-They had a variety of pictures to choose from but only chose 2.
Quality of prints
The mailer was too basic and it was folded when it arrived. It needs to be sturdy. Also, when ordering pictures, a copyright release should be sent as well.

Beautiful photos . I was able to enjoy the event without worrying about taking photos myself.

The event was very unorganized and confusing.
Photos were edited and changed the color of my child’s hair! I didn’t think they took great pictures but I couldn’t be where they were so I wasn’t able to get pics. I literally could’ve gotten better pics on my iPhone13 if I was at the view point of the photographers.
The service was friendly and the products were a high quality. I like all my pictures. Thank you.
The photos taken were from below not above & VERY unflattering. Only pic we got was the one taken outside in good lighting (natural) & at an angle instead of straight on. Need better photographers for next time!
