The quality of the items received
I ordered a bundle that includes five wallet size photo magnets. I meticulously cropped and aligned each item in the bundle only to see the magnets showed up off-center. I was embarrassed giving them as gifts yesterday during Christmas.
Love my product
The sun was really shine on the day of graduation, due to this the photo of my student was really bright and washed him out. It was have been helping if you would have automatically corrected this. Not asking for blurring or touch ups for free but this should have been done for every picture where the student clearly has too much sun on them.
My pictures were awesome, they were bend when I received them, other than that service was great.

Swift service and awesome customer service
Picture were NOT package to prevent bending. I was disappointed in your customer service asking stupid questions. But the fact that my youngest school Picture have and always package correctly for less than what I paid for your Picture which blows my mind. Your pics in general are mediocre compare to other professionals photographers including those that take school pictures. For university pic it's sad. I hope you are not doing the pics for my college. My masters pic I can do with the ehhh job. Disappointed.
When images were first available you said it would be the lowest price, had I waited you would have offered the discounted price. Just the misleading email titles are what disappointed me.
My plaque arrived and the portion with my name and university is crooked which makes it look sloppy and not professionally made.

I appreciated the fact that you weren’t gone hoe about destroying my photos. You were patient with me. Especially when I really wanted them and it took some time to have my funds. Also, when I got them I was very pleased. The color is awesome. Thank you so much!
Way to expensive
The photos are immaculate as always. You guys do a fantastic job snapping and editing the photos.
However, both the mobile device and computer desktop user interface design need improvements. Its finicky which makes selecting photos and adding or de-selecting photos difficult. A simple change would go a long way.
Additionally, some people only want/need 2 or 3 photos out of the bundle. There should absolutely be more packages designed to meet those needs. Please consider updating your packages to make them convenient for students (i dont mean the price, I mean the actual ratio/type of photos in packages).
The cause of the pictures were great very affordable and the people that took all the pictures to the amazing job, capturing all of the moments
