Take professional photos with glares on subject's glasses, then charge a fee to edit it ?!
Taking the picture that really matters, the graduate team did not point me in the right direction. I wanted to receive the picture when I received my diploma, but I was looking a different direction and not directly into the right camera. Eventually, the camera person started showing other awardees the right camera to look in. This is a moment I will never receive again.
Pretty much all the photos were bad and with odd facial expressions so I couldn’t even pick 3 photos for $100. There was one good one and I had to pay $60… for ONE photo. Would you pay $60 for one picture? That’s insane! So yes, disappointed in the quality and the price.
Edstablish quality control to view orders before they are mailed out.
I received my photos with the name of the school cropped out on each side.
That would be helpful in preventing that from happening

The way the photos are packaged. The regular mail system doesn’t care and isn’t gentle. One of my photos got damaged at the top because the envelope was ripped open.
Prompt and efficient service
i expected to receive them way longer than I did. Had them in no time.
Love them. Editing requested was good. A couple were a little grainier than expected, but that's ok. They were long shots we never would have gotten to see without your photography. We will cherish them forever.

The photos look very cheap. It was probably my oversight, but I didn’t order any digital ones. The actual pictures are just not very good.

Very poor quality images (small size files) at a high cost. Refund half my money.
The photos were rushed without care given for appropriate stance or face positioning. All of my photos were very disappointing. This is my third commencement ceremony and it is so unfortunate that they were so bad. I understand there’s a lot of people that have to progress through the line, but taking an extra 15 seconds for a professional photographer to pose the subject would, in my opinion, be well worth it. I would love a redo on the photos, but I doubt that’s possible.

I have ordered for my photo, paid for it and today is exactly one month, 1 week, and no update has been given. This is my first time experiencing this in my entire life.
The price of a single photo is extremely expensive not to mention to purchase a digital photo cost more than if I booked a private photographer. The quality of the photos are not great either the contrast is to high clarity is mediocre at best and way to saturated. It’s not worth the money charged
The photos we received of my son are blurry. I emailed my concerns and did not hear back.
