It was difficult to understand that you could crop your selected image. I finally figured it out, but it should be more clear.

Representative was COMPETENT! It was wonderful to talk to someone who knew what they were doing. She was very helpful. When she ran across a problem with my drivers license she asked her managers. Her name was Gianna Camastra. She was a pleasure doing business with.

It was very well organized with everyone knowing what's going on. The event went very smoothly and quickly. The points where official photos were taken were well placed. The unofficial photos were taken from various locations and were pretty candid. The photo matching was a good feature since so many photos were taken for the event.
The background is so dark that for people with dark hair it is difficult to see their head !!!

My photos were enhanced to make it look like I have eye liner (I am a male). These photos were not cheap and now are ruined as I won't be giving them to family.
i ordered two pictures, they arrived earlier than i expected but i was disappointment to see that their was color flaw or the color did not take on the on the upper right side of both pictures just about an inch long which is very noticeable.

The prices are astronomical. The people you are taking pictures of are students, that much for digital downloads is insane.

It wasn't the photographer's fault that the venue was so dark. The black walls behind my son in his black gown makes the photo extra dark. Otherwise the picture is sharp.
The prices were extremely high and the amount of emails and texts sent were excessive.

Professional email communications seemed unprofessional and barebones. Just plain text for a professional company is a bit odd and unappealing. Seemed like there was consistent dishonesty around pricing, and pricing was way too high for the quality and size of the photos offered. Also, once I received the photos, they arrived in a plan envelope with a piece of cardboard. Just as minimal and unprofessional as the email communications. If I had a choice on where to spend $100+ on graduation photographs, I would have gone with a more honest, professional, polished company, with a greater focus on the customer experience.
Quality products and quick turnaround.
If they have given us more time or instruct what to do so we know how to post. It seems like during that day they only took one photo, and didnt even check if that is a good photo. I would have purchase more ohotos if they manage to took a good photo rather than taking it randomly. I have some good photos though, but I am not satisfied since they are the only one that can take the “special”(close to the stage) overall still good
the pictures did not look like what I saw on line and the cosmetic touch ups were negligible.
I did not like the picture quality at all.
