Make sure communications are clear and everyone is on the same page, there was serious confusion with the commencement arena pass. This was very stressful.

My picture at graduation was awful. Not sure there is anything. I enjoyed the event night photos, but was extremely disappointed in my graduation photo and that was the most important to me.

Poor image quality and poor selection options. One of the images was so off centered I couldn’t choose it the others had an orange tint

I get you’re afraid people will steal your art, but my son and I live in 2 different states and we’re trying to coordinate me buying everything together so blocking screen sharing on phone and such really added a layer of extra work. Also, I would start to put stuff in cart and if I didn’t continue within a minute or two, it wiped everything out. The photos are gorgeous, but I think it probably took me a total of 2 hours to complete the order for what we wanted between these two issues. Way, way too hard to deal with to order photos.
