Whoever delivered my photos left them unsecured and rhe package ended up in a puddle of water destroying the pictures. I emailed the company asking for replacements and I have received no response.

I originally ordered my daughter’s graduation photos in 2024. When they were delivered they were left on the front porch in the rain in a paper envelope. They were ruined. I repeatedly emailed about it being rectified. I never received any kind of communication in regards to this. I reluctantly had to reorder the picture and pay for it again. Terrible customer service!! I would never recommend this place to anyone.
My pictures I received came in a flimsy paper envelope with a thin piece of card board... All my 8x10s were bent at the corners and sides. These photos cost to much to be sent cheaply. Recieving them bent was very disappointing.

My photos turned out terrible and customer service is not responsive. Lighting was bad in one picture I ordered and another one you can see the photographer my diploma. Poor quality especially when they are sooooo pricey.
Many of the pictures were not of me
I think you should send the picture that were taken to the graduate' home instead of downloading them and having to print them yourselves.

I paid a lot of money to get a picture but the digital download was only available for a limited time. What a huge waste of money for a life moment that cannot be recreated. Absolutely horrible experience. Thankful that I only had one child graduating from this university.
