easy to down load and even though i missed the 30 days download date- it still let me download them - i did pay for them but had lots of things going on and forgot- the pics are awesome thanks
I love that I could order a fantastic candid spic of my daughter. A picture I never could have bitten myself.
Touched up prints are off center, enlarged prints cut off a lot of the background, meaning the pictures were zoomed in, not enlarged. An amateur picture taker can do this at walgreens. The price was way too much for the lack of quality.... NOT WORTH IT!!!!
The images captured were good however the pictures were slightly blurred. I ended up attempting to edit them before printing to clear some of the blurriness up.
The pictures were just ok. I didn't care about the background.

The viewing/ ordering form was frustrating and confusing. I couldn’t change my favorites and had to constantly restart my order.
It’s not user friendly and took a while to figure out the process. I’m a photographer and use these things all the time. There’s a better system for sure.

Didn’t like the purchase options. Why can’t I buy just 1-2 5x7 or 4x6? Normal sizes for frames…I don’t need a poster of her graduation and she doesn’t want one either.

Fast service
The photos taken and presented were way too exposed and bright and shiny. There was only one that I could order and I was so disappointed because I was trusting that these would be our most important photos from graduation.
Loved having close up pictures of our daughter on graduation day. Always hard to get good pictures from the stands. Very easy to pick out the ones we liked, order, and purchase online.
