What could we do to improve?

Make sure caps that fit the head are provided. I have an xxl size for hats. In the photo I had to hold my cap because it didn't fit my head and there were no other options.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The company was terrible at communicating with the school regarding what the pictures were supposed to be like. Then half the pictures came out dark and horrible. The background options are bad. The prices are outrageous. When I bought 6 downloads, one of them ended up being entirely blurry, which was not visible until I already bought them. I emailed to get a replacement, and never heard back.

The pictures were damaged. They were sent in a paper envelope during a rainy week.. additionally, the cardboard insert was not strong enough to protect the pictures and they were bent.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I would expect the photography team to make sure that the graduation gown and tassel and everything looks appropriate in a picture. Nobody mentioned that my tassel was on the wrong side or that it was flipped around so that you couldn't see the medallion on it or that the hood had pulled my gown funny in the front. It felt like they're only goal was to get people through the pictures as quickly as possible with no care at all for how the pictures came out.

Prices are too high!
Make smaller package with the plaque so that prices are more affordable. Also, offer the graduate more photographic options as opposed to using the same frames with different backgrounds.

What do you like about our products and services?

I simply like the fact that I didn't have to schedule to get these pictures taken. They were already arranged by the school and were no charge until I decided to order. They did a great job with the minor touch-ups I asked for and it looks like a very business professional photo. I also like the fact that it was used for multiple purposes like the school directory and for a professional headshot.

My son's picture were not up to par. They did not have a collar on the gown for him to take a picture in. He was in between classes when the grad photo session was so he looked awful. They didn't even have a comb for him for his hair he said. I would have purchased more if they were professional college graduation photos. I had to go take more to get one.

I felt like the color was off a little in my photo and it seemed a little grainy. I paid quite a bit of money for the photos and how they were shipped some of the edges were bent due to the packaging and how packages are handled.

You print don't bend on the envelope but that doesn't help illiterate mail men from not making it look like a taco in your mail box..... maybe put something stiffer in the envelope or use a stiffer envelope... Its not like the you don't charge enough from them to cover that....

I had no idea that the college offered graduation photos but I love them and it was a huge item to remove from my to do list for me!
The pictures were great, and the printing and delivery was prompt.

I received the first half of my order, but it arrived damaged. I emailed customer service three separate times, including photos clearly showing the damage, and have yet to receive any response.

On top of that, I still haven’t received the second part of my order.

At this point, the only way to make this right is to resend the damaged item and ensure the remaining part of my order is delivered promptly.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

All photos were bent and the 8-10 photos were crumpled on the sides. Although the envelope they were mailed in clearly says “Do Not Bend”, they were delivered arched in the mailbox. I know it isn’t your fault the mail carrier didn’t follow instructions, but the envelope was too thin for shipping photos in my opinion. It didn’t allow any resistance to bending at all. I would have preferred to have the photos shipped with the frame I ordered that came in a protected box. It’s not personal at all, just my honest opinion as some photos are slightly damaged with wrinkles/creases.
