Some of my photos were blurry and the prices are inflated! $12 dollars for 1 photo? Thats insane. I don’t have family so no one came to the commencement to take photos of me so to pay over $200 for photos I think was insane. Not happy about it. But it is what it is unfortunately. Instead of having joy when looking back on that day by looking at the photos, I’m disappointed on how expensive they were. Not a good feeling to have when recalling what is supposed to be a good memory.
The order was expedited in a timely fashion.

I liked how there was so much attention to detail and how you thrived to make it everyone's special day. There was so much going on and not once did I see a staff member worry. Everyone knew what needed to be done and were so extremely helpful. It was an amazing experience.

The digital image had low version.
I appreciated that photos were offered during the graduation ceremony, but my child’s picture had noticeable red-eye. Additionally, the magnet I ordered appeared cheaply made—it looked like a magnet was simply glued onto a photo. Overall, it did not meet expectations and wasn’t worth the price.
Pictures came out perfect! We will order more in the future.
Make sure they photo and info is correct when ordering other items with pictures on it like the mug and make sure it has the correct school name on it and get it back to customer timely I am still waiting on the correct mug with WGU on it

Pictures were okay at both locations but students should have been instructed to look at camera before exiting stage. Most frustration came later, I had to make two separate orders of ceremony and professional photos taken at school bc they weren’t in my sons account together. When I received the pictures they were not actually 5x7, slightly smaller so they don’t look fit to frames appropriately.
Photographer rushed. Didn’t let me know my eyes were closed in most of the shots.
The organization was top notch. One recommendation, kindly consider providing a photo session for close family with the graduand.
My pictures are blurry. High price for blurry pictures. Embarrassing tongue to anyone. My daughters eyes are not clear

The graduation pictures I ordered were of high quality and they arrived in the mail quickly.
Several photos of me were blurry, so I didn't get to use them. Also, several were not actually of me. The posed pictures were great and I'm so glad to have it. I wish I had more of the candid ones. Thank you.
