You never sent me the link to the digital photos I purchased, and when I sent an email to customer service to ask you to follow instead, I got a link to this survey instead of a link to download my images. That's failing on every level.
I love all of the photo background options, I love that multiple photos were taken. I think the online platform was user friendly.
Not a fan of the pearlized finish on the print. It makes it look extra cheesy and not professional quality :(

I loved the graduation pictures I ordered! However, by the time they got to me, they were damaged. What a bummer! The way the pictures were taken during graduation was an awesome idea. It was quite an efficient process and we were impressed. I'm guessing the damaged pictures have more to do with my post office. I do plan to call and see about reordering.

I don't think I ever received my photos and no one emailed me after I asked about the photos. I would gladly change the score if I ultimately received them.

its just the time to be honest. some requests or email takes time even though we understand the process take some time. but it would be good if we receive a reply that says email has been received.
Fabulous photographers who captured ALOT of great pictures. Super easy to order and affordable.
Honestly, I ordered a picture and the picture was as is and no further touch ups which I guess I assumed that would be the case with a photographer. You could see the finger prints on my diploma in the picture and picture was grainy and made it look like it was just blown up.
