The photographs were not professionally executed. When I inquired about improving the quality, I was informed that it would require an additional, substantial payment to redo the images your team had already taken. I find this extremely concerning, as the original photographs should have met professional standards without requiring further costly corrections.

I did not complete an order form, nor did I request to have my photo taken. Your photographers chose to photograph every student regardless of whether they requested the service. After receiving your promotional email, my son opened it and ordered a few pictures as a keepsake of my graduation. Unfortunately, the final images were so disappointing that I cannot bring myself to display them.

This graduation marked a deeply meaningful milestone in my life. As a mature woman who worked tirelessly to achieve this accomplishment, this was my first—and will be my only—graduation. Instead of capturing that pride and joy, the photographs left me feeling embarrassed and disheartened. Rather than preserving a cherished memory, they have diminished what should have been one of the most meaningful moments of my life.

I feel that the photography was unprofessional, both in execution and in the way concerns were handled afterward. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that you consider an appropriate resolution.

While not great when trying to order from my phone, it was easy on a computer. Product is really nice. I would have liked to be able to be more flexible with the pictures I as able to choose between products. Overall good, though.

The Custer service rep who helped me was awesome!! My pics however were awful- huge white glare on her diploma so it looked like her just diploma was white- it was perfect white square. I thought when I saw it in the proofs it was on purpose so I wouldnt try to get a pic without paying- never occurred to me was really there. I sent them back and the rep sd she would note to remove that. Haven’t got the news one yet. This is my daughters 3rd college degree- this is the first time her pics turned out poorly.

What could we do to improve?

Make sure all pictures are acceptable and look appropriate before they are sent to the buyer. So we wouldn’t have to go back n forth via email discussing a messed up order. I do appreciate you on making the pictures over but I will see how the outcome when I receive them

All but two pictures of my daughter were very bad, most of them were not even of looking at the camera ( but instead watching where she was walking). Previous grad pictures at Winthrop had background shots of Winthrop buildings or key landmarks. These had railings, etc. In the picture with her. Not worth my money to buy those!

2 of the 3 photos are not print worthy. They are grainy, poorly lit, and amateurish. Very disappointing and not worth the money.
