Great shots that I could not get at the commencement ceremony
The photo background in the order section was not the background in the downloads I ordered. I had to get the background changed to get the proper formal grad photo.
Clearer photos
The price compare to the quality is very high. I had higher expectation for the quality of the photos.

The prices are too high for a school related event.
The photos are CRAZY expensive and weren’t even good quality!! I’m not even in focus in one of them and I couldn’t tell until I bought it because of how low res they are on the site with all the words in front of the preview. Also why do they come in packs of 1, 3, or 6?? Who buys like that? What a terrible cash grab and disappointing way to end the school year.

I paid for 2 5 7’s and a keychain and never received my keychain… I sent 2 email noticing and never got a response
WAAYYY WAYYY WAYYY TOO EXPENSIVE
We order 3 x 8x10 photos and paid to have one touched up.
We received these in a regular envelope, with one thin piece of cardboard.
Not well protected, yet you charged such a high price for each one!?
But we also ordered and paid $65+ for a 5x7 photo, in a presentation frame, that should've had a Tassel, but that never arrived.
We try calling, get no answer, are told to enter an extension, which the email with the order details, did not give us.
I tried emailing you, twice and got zero response, so your customer service is non-existent!
There was no tracking number with the order either?
For expensive photographs, that's really bad!!
What can you do to make it right?
The least you can do is give us the framed picture we ordered and maybe an additional print free of charge or at least, the digital images of the 4 pictures we ordered, since we effectively only received half of what we ordered and cannot get through to speak to anyone?!
We've been ripped off by you and we should post this on social media, shaming you, but we haven't.
Will you even respond to this?
If you don't, we WILL go ahead and warn people how we've been wronged.
Our daughter graduates high school once and we don't even have the memories to keep.
