I didn’t receive part of my order and can’t get anyone to respond to me.
The delivery person left the item on my porch when it was raining and the photos were ruined. We spent a lot of money on these photos and it wasn’t right. We should receive a new package of photos because of that. So disappointed!!
Any help you can provide on this would be greatly appreciated. I would have reached out about this but we have been out of the country.

By letting us know that we will be waiting weeks after our pictures come for things like magnets and such in which l am still waiting on. .🤔🤔🤔 therefore we shouldn't be charged until the merchandise is on it way .thank you .the congratulations was may 30 it is now the 8th of July.

I liked the preview of the picture before you purchase. I also liked the ability to crop the picture.
I have not received my full order yet. I emailed twice and haven’t heard back yet of missing magnets. I also ordered a non pearl print but they all look extra shiny. Please have someone contact me through email or callPhone number removed824. I would love to get my magnets.

The picture quality looks very unprofessional. I expected a higher standard for graduation pictures. Finish and color quality was very poor.

My photo arrived bent. Perhaps send them in better packaging?
Prices are way to expensive. For families on low or fixed income it was literally impossible to order photos needed and the digital price was just ridiculous.

The picture of our son was fine and he looked good. But after putting the picture side by side with our son that graduated from Saline 2 years ago... We can't believe that no one thought about the "backdrop/background" of the picture...The back ground in the cement steps of the stadium and the chain link fence around it... We joke that it looks like he graduated from prison....But disappointed that no one from the company or school had the forethought to this.....Not much you can do - but please make adjustments for next years graduation!
Very nicely done. The only thing was I wished we had more to choose from with other family members that were there.
The order process was user friendly. The delivery time was decent, and the picture of my grandson is priceless. I am definitely pleased.
The pictures were not cropped and it cut off the sign he was holding. For how much money I spend it sucked.
It’s too expensive. There isn’t much time to get the photos at the lower cost and just keeps going up. The photos they took before graduation the cords and alignment of the photos were all off. I just don’t like that the photos are held hostage with a constant price increase. I had to buy them when I really could t afford them after having to pay for everything else for graduation. Just set a low flat price.
I ordered 2 magnets and have not yet received them
