The lighting was not appropriate for the action shots taken as the graduates received their their certificates. I was really hoping for a nice shot of my child with their advisor who has guided them for 4 years and what I got was ghostly white faces against a dark background
The photos were great but I felt that the photo was bit expensive
When I received my picture they where bent up i try to email someone but didn't get a response. I would to receive some pictures that's dont bent up

Make sure everyone receives text or some sort of communication to order pictures of their graduate. I’ve talked with a lot of people that never received any type of notice that there were pictures that could be ordered.
Its all online.. feels kinda cheap and you're putting all the printing on us
I reached out to your support team via email three times with no responses. I purchased three digital photos for $100 which is expensive. The first photo I opened was blurry. I requested help with no response. I will be contacting the shell to report my experience. I have another child graduation next year. I don’t want a repeat of this poor experience. Please reach out

We would have ordered a lot more but the prices are ridiculous. This event was a special time. To then have to pay hundreds for a digital download is insulting. A wedding photographer in the area would be significantly less. Especially as you charge this PER GRADUATE. Picture does look good

The prices. This is way too expensive for digital photos, and you did not get a single photo of my graduate smiling.
Quality
My first order looked bad I had to call and explain why it looked bad ..you should have seen that immediately as the photographer.. I did get a new photo which is fine now but it was surprising a photography company would send that out

The pictures are grainy and awful. I didn’t take any at graduation because a professional was going to be there. Not one of them looks good.

Too expensive!! Lower your prices a bit or offer some type of discount to customers for the first few days, something! Thank goodness I don’t have to use your services anymore!
