The quality of the photographs was acceptable at best. None were outstanding. I took better photos from the bleachers last year with my 200mm. The check out system was frustrating. I want to batch select all of the photos I want and then select the size, sizes, or package. Don't make me do it individually for each photo.
I liked the quality of the photos that I ordered, and timeliness that I received my photos in.
The picture prices were too high for digital delivery.
The items were a bit pricey.
I thought there was a lot of good photos, like receiving the Diploma from the bishop , walking with his tassel put over to the other side. all of them were good shots!

Good quality images.
The photos arrived and the 8 x 10's are bent. The cardboard insert was too thin and the photos warped. We would like if they could be resent but are worried it would just happen again.

Convenience of the website
It was nice to order individual sizes at a reasonable price vs a package.
3 photos for $100 is insane. And I haven’t received them yet. They said it takes 4-6 weeks

Pictures were great
The prints are so expensive, and take to long to arrive
The picture itself turned out great and the exposure. But the positioning of the picture was disappointing. My husband and I both gave my daughter the diploma on stage, and there is no view of anybody’s face. A side shot of my daughter’s face. It was a huge moment and we were told not to use our own phone to capture the moment that the professionals would.
Another option for the individual picture would be a plain back ground..

The pictures were poor quality, very grainy and pixilated.
The photos were of good quality. We liked the serious and the fun photos. I almost missed them though. With the rush and busy days at the end of senior year, I didn’t sign up with you before graduation. Therefore, I didn’t get notice of the pictures until quite a while after graduation. My daughter did, but she wasn’t the one paying for them. We have ordered the pictures now and are happy.😀
Over priced
Photos received were nice and cropped the way I selected. Though as a 70 year old senior it took me a while to figure out what I needed to do on your site.
Prices are out of range for many families. I know many friends who could not afford the photos. I only bought one as it was out of my budget for more.
The price for the photos were very high. While much of us parents greatly appreciate the work done, the prices would deter many from getting the photos. Assuming the company does a lot of this work, and knowing that parents are going to pay for these photos, they should be more affordable. You could drum up more business because more parents would buy them if you lowered the cost.
Yes, I know that we are also paying for the experience of the photographers. I am simply sharing an opinion.
