I never received feedback regarding my question of where's my daughter's proofs. Find her pictures and I should receive at least one free picture for the inconvenience.
The photos were excellent.
One picture was blurry. This was not evident in the online proof selection, but when printed as a 5x7 it looks absolutely awful.

The pictures were just fine - expensive for prints. They seemed as they were rushed when they were taken and there are people in the background of the photo.
The pictures I received are not very clear. The proofs look way better.

The cost of these photos is to high. A 8by10 cost 5$ everywhere else that's insane.

I only received one decent picture of my child and it was off centered. All of the other pictures you took were terrible! It's a crime and a shame that I wasn't able to get a decent picture and I unfortunately depended on you. As professionals you should be ashamed of your products.
The 8x10 picture we received is blurry from the hands down. It is disappointing that this was even mailed out before reviewing it. This could not be seen in the preview provided due to the copywrite words that are over the pictures. But I think it should be reviewed before mailing it to the customer or fix it with the software. I mean if professional pictures are taken and mistake is made, it should be corrected or the customer should be notified.
The pictures turned out really nice. I appreciated the ability to order up close pictures from the stage where as we would not have gotten them otherwise.
