Service was quick and I got what I wanted.

I ordered wallet size photos. I used the option to add text. I had the words centered on the sample before ordering, but it printed noticeably off center. Even if I had made a mistake with that (though I was careful on the computer screen), the font itself came out weird. Each lowercase i is fat and looked like it was from a different font.

Everything was easy to find. Easy to purchase and the pictures were very nice.

The site was not the easiest to navigate. A link in one of the numerous emails I was sent, directed me to a graduation from several years ago. I spent a ton of time looking through random photos trying to find my daughter until I realized what was going on.

I chose to just get digital versions of the images because we mostly would be sharing them with people that way. The cost was high for three images. I understand the need to get costs covered, but you have exclusive access to get these pictures so families really don't have a choice. If you need more money to pay your photographers, then charge the school that we all just paid thousands of dollars to, instead of us.

Offer more packages

I just think the actual photo looks much darker than the proof I saw online. Maybe this wa my fault. Not sure, but I don’t think I’ll frame it:(

Photos were great

The photo wasn’t as crisp as I would have liked, but the company was easy to work with.

3 small prints cost $50+, that is ridiculous. You are just taking advantage of students and families.

It quality, quantity, and great price. I purchased this pics for both of my children graduation. Great conversation piece.

I love the photos and the fast shipping. I am not happy with the stand that holds the photo. It keeps falling forward.

The price to edit is pretty high and you only provide a couple of the most basic options for the cost.

Too many emails and sales. Stop the constant emails. Prices really extreme for high school level.

I like the poses, because I couldn't get close to the stage. However, I couldn't give you 10, because one of my son's selected pose wasn't him.

Great pictures

Some photos of my son were out of focus. Diploma wasn’t open so it blended in the background of his gown and you can’t really see it. A la carte order form was confusing: ended up getting way too many of the same 5x7 because it was unclear that there were two per sheet so I over ordered and didn’t need that many of the same pose. I could’ve used that money to get a different picture/pose so I feel I wasted my money.

The photo was delivered folded in half to our address. I realize this is not your fault but the mail man who delivered it. A stiffer envelope or cardboard inside might have helped.
The pricing was high for a single digital print. The print was good quality, just now bent.

Have of the photos of my son were not my favorites because he was looking down, or was blocked by another graduate, or the person he shook hands with was looking away and not at him.
