The price for just a printed photo of a plaque versus receiving an actual plaque is insane! It was extremely misleading-I justified the cost thinking we would receive some sort of plaque-not just a PRINTED PICTURE of one. I could have done that n Canva in 2 minutes, but instead paid like $60 extra bucks for it. Jacking up the prices when we already paid so much for tuition. What a joke.
The photos are good quality and provided to us in a timely manner, so we can pick out our favorite for prints as Christmas gifts in time.

My daughter graduated in class of 2025 the the photo on the outside says class 2025 but the mug says class of 2024 i would like to get this corrected. This was a gift for my daughter, very disappointed

The images are too expensive considering you still need to go somewhere else to print the photo and pay another fee to print. More like each photo should be $25.00 max. Taking advantage of precious moments because you know people will pay for them because the photos represent moments of great achievement.

Your prices were still way too expensive at 20% off. You could easily erase the man in the background of my son’s picture, but you wanted an unreasonable charge to do it. I paid for shipping and my pictures were still bent a little. Especially on the corners. But when you pay $37 for three 5 x 7 pictures they should arrive perfect.
