Price was too high for the photo package.
The print I ordered was not cropped properly. A replacement would be appreciated.
Where is my foto? I have not received anything. Was it mailed or what?
I sent an email to but no one responded. I ordered 2 sets of 2 prints and one of the pictures was so blurry and awful it’s not able to be framed and one set was going to be a gift. The picture did not look blurry on the proof but there’s so much writing maybe it was and I couldn’t see it. The other picture was great.
Way too expensive!!!! And for the money having to print it yourself is an exploitation of a happy moment. You should be ashamed of taking advantage of people like this.
There were photos that looked clear in the proofs that were blurry. Terrible quality

Nice selection of photos.
Very Expensive photos were delivered in an envelope with do not bend written on it and a single piece of THIN cardboard to protect them. Well, the post office bent the envelope stuffing it in the mailbox. Other photos I've ordered from different retailers sandwiched the photos between 2 pieces of very stiff cardboard to protect them. Very dissapointed in the service.
Photos were just ok- prices were outrageous.
I didn’t take photos at graduation to be respectful- that move tied me into spending way to much on literally 3 photos :( super disappointing.
Very pricey. I understand no one made me purchase a photo, however $20+ for an 8x10 is expensive.

Better camera angle when students are on stage accepting diploma. Out picture is from the side not straight on.
The pictures were fine and I did end up ordering digital access, but the prices were not reasonable at all. I feel you would seek more if you didn’t charge as much.
Order, paid for my daughter graduation picture and received a young man picture from another school. I am still waiting for the correct picture to be sent out.
The photo I paid for was labeled 'full resolution'. I paid $60 for a photo that IS NOT FULL RESOLUTION. I wanted to make a big print and I cannot due to visible pixels.
I contacted Graduation Photo and requested a refund or a full resolution photo - no one ever replied to my email.
Completely disappointed and considering legal next steps.
The photos look so good that we buy all pictures
Photos are great but prices are very high for digital images. Seems as if they could have been priced lower and profits would still be high because more families could afford to purchase. The time is spent to take the photos, may as well draw a profit from more graduates.

Way too expensive! Expecting families to be able to afford hundreds of dollars to get graduation photos of their child is crazy but you charge that knowing they will pay so they can get the photos.
This is the second graduation photo I have purchased. Amazing photo you guys do a great job.

The extra accessories that come with the picture when purchasing can be better quality.
The pictures taken were great. But honestly, $60 for one digital download is absurd!! You don’t even get a print out with that. I just wanted one grad picture and it was $60 - outrageously!
They are very nice pictures and like how you can choose from many not just a couple
Some pictures were not positioned well. My daughter was cut off, or off to the side. These would not work well in frames. Also have them take a couple of shots of each. Tassels are in faces, especially with them taking pictures with the principal. It’s good there is a cheaper option for a print, but the prices are way too expensive. I wanted digital photos, but not affordable. Then wasting the photographers time by people not purchasing these photos.
