Easy ordering and fast processing and delivery.
There was only 3 photos that were of good quality.
The cost is way too high for the digital photos! It was a complaint in the high school FB group as well. Nobody wanted to order them.
Photos were ok, my son had his tassel in his mouth. I understand I could have paid for the correction but the cost was too much. Photos arrived fairly quickly.
I ordered our son's photos and have not received anything until this survey question...hmmmm
One of the photographs we purchased is blurry, and it did not appear that way in the proof. We would like a refund for the purchase price.

The class photo is nice quality, but honestly the people are so small in the pic that I have no clue who is even in the pic. I bought the smaller framed option and i would recommend that you do NOT sell that to customers in the future. For northville having 678 people that size should never be an option.

convenient way to get photos quick
My photos were expensive and arrived bent. Although part of this could be USPS, the cardboard backing used to send my photos was so thin there was no resistance to folding up the envelope. I spent nearly $90 for three photos and they arrived messed up. Use corrugated board or sandwich photos between two pieces of heavier cardboard.
I needed to contact customer service and the lady I worked with was extremely nice and helpful.

I think that the price for one digital photo was way too high.
A lot of pictures were captured off guard and eyes were closed. Pictures were not focused.
