I purchased my son's graduation photo around the beginning of June. I do not have it in my email and I'm receiving emails to purchase it after I already have. I checked my credit card bill and the charge is there. My son's name is Joseph Travis Last name removed and he goes by Travis. My name is Name removed and my name is on the bill of purchase. Please , I would like my photos please. Or information on my purchase.

The photographer didn’t make sure my daughter’s tassel was showing in the pictures taken before so we have no good photos with her tassel

I paid $19 for stray hair to be out of my daughter's face. Yes it wasnt a small piece of hair but I thought they could have atleast taken the huge chunk of hair that was in her face. I feel like I paid $19 for nothing
The photos turned out great and were easy to purchase. The digital download price was too expensive. However I do wish the price for the digital download was more reasonable.
My son refused me several photo opportunities siting that "There's going to be professional photographers there, Ma!" But, the process happened so quickly, that my son's tassel was half stuck behind his ear and his medal was covering the school emblem. At least he was smiling. And, I was able to choose a busy background to take some attention off of his tassel. I liked the ability to chose a background of the American and State flags. It was better than no photo. But not as professional as I would have liked. It was difficult to schedule my son with an outside photographer, so I'm ok with this, just not what I had in mind. It seemed they had so much time outside to line up, there could have been some time to take photos at that point with a little more attention to looking prim. The color was good. Oh, also, I ordered photos from your webiste, and I was hoping that they would have a nice rounded edge trim on them, but no. I had to cut them out of a page by hand, which makes them look slightly off and unprofessional. There wasn't even a choice to have them professionally cut; I would have paid extra for that. My student is an only child, so no second chances. Have a good day.

Ordering the photos on a phone was pretty difficult.
I had emailed it to you guys to inform you how satisfying my pictures I had received. I would like to order some more. I am trying to ask do you guys have like a promo code so I can get some discount but never got respond.

The photos weren’t great. Disappointed that the ones of my child receiving her diploma weren’t good enough to purchase. Way too many emails and texts about ordering, even after I had already ordered.

The fact that we paid $100 for THREE DIGITAL photos was abhorrent and if it wasn’t such an important day, we wouldn’t have purchased them. Ridiculous to price this out so families that might not be able to afford it to miss having those professional photos.
Photos that were edited were ruined and I tried to contact customer support as directed via e-mail and never received a response. 80% of my pictures are ruined and no way to get a refund or photos replaced! Very upset, would highly NOT recommend!

The photos were not very clear, especially when blown up. I should have gotten a smaller size. Also the posed photos were nice but I didn't like the flag backgrounds. Too distracting.

digital photos were fuzzy and not good quality. I wouldnt buy again. I would rather go to a photo studio with better equipment for the digital price. The score is based on being able to use the photos on a blanket at least since the photos are fuzzy. Not good enough for a coffee mug, but still can find a different way to use the photo. Plus I paid for one I knew was fuzzy to be cleared up but when I received the photos all 4 were fuzzy and not just the one I knew was fuzzy and paid $10 for the digital correction.
Good to have choices of graduation photos.
My pictures were delivered in a flimsy envelope soaking wet with ruined photos. Also- the photos were out of focus - especially around the face/eyes in the 8 x 10s.
I emailed Customer Service many days ago and have not received a reply so I will be calling on Monday. I am not sure if the blurriness is due to the photos not being good enough quality to enlarge? But that seems very strange for a professional company, I was also disappointed that there was no pose taken of my graduate, shaking the president’s hand while getting his diploma I thought that was a standard shot usually made.
I am asking for my order to be resent with the photos in focus. I attached pictures of the water damage to my email. I’m not sure if the out of focus would come through on the phone picture however. Thank you for your time.
