Excellent service
I have emailed 2 different times and didn’t get a response. I did get this rating though.
I paid to remove stray hair and it came with the hair still there. Bad selection to choose from.
My photos arrived wet in the mail. They were not protected in a water proof envelope. They were mailed in a standard paper envelope. I reached out to the helps desk for a replacement and haven’t heard back yet. I’m very disappointed.
It was horrible. More than half of the photos didn’t even show my face I received more photos of other people and I wasn’t in it. Such a huge disappointment for my big day

Photos were good, speed of delivery was good. They were expensive though.
Take more time to make adjustments to the photos. We had glasses glare removed . My daughter was given eyes and make up that were not hers. Laura T in customer service has been helping us get it fixed. I understand you have a lot of photos but paying attention to details is important.
Prices are expensive and when purchasing its confusing whats included ans whats extra. The favorite option also didn't work half the time.
I ordered with the wooden stand and the photo with 2026. The problem is, once in the stand you can't see the year, and the photo and the stand tip over. So apparently the photo is too heavy or the stand needs to be stronger and also the slot for the phone needs adjustment in way so we can see the year. Otherwise it's a nice clear picture

The customer service representative that I have been working with is great.
My problem is with the quality of the products received. The first order - frame was broken. You replaced free of charge, however the replacement also was received broken. The CX rep has requested a 3rd shipment, and only time will tell. I feel the problem is with with the quality of framing as it is very brittle plastic. I expected better for the price.

The quality of the photos is great, but the website was confusing and difficult to use. I wanted to buy several different photos and could never figure out how to do it.
Pictures were nice, and ordering was easy. My biggest complaint is honestly that just the cost for digital photos seems really high, especially since you don't have costs to print, don't have mailing costs, and now with the ability to use AI, even any photo editing/touchups that in the past could have taken a lot more manual work can be done with speed and ease. We are kind of a captive audience in that we can't get close enough to take our own good photos, so we are reliant on someone like you to get the picture. I just hate that you charge so much for it.
The posed photo was rushed and unnatural. We did not order any of those because we were only given one option and it wasn't a good photo.

I think the background should be actual backgrounds the pictures don't look natural. And the cost is ridiculous. It does not cost that much to process these pictures. You spend thousands of $$ going to school to pay hundreds for a few pictures at the end

We are thankful for the professional photographer's photos as we were not able to sit close. We are appreciative that we didn't need to order a set package but rather could order just the photos we wanted in the sizes we needed, thank you! Also, thank you for processing our order so quickly as it allowed us to give one of the photos as a gift. 🌞
Too expensive to purchase photos.
Outrageous pricing!! Took advantage of our special day. Paid $45 for 3, 5x6 photos
Had no idea we were even being charged for these photos to begin with. I opted to not take photos with my phone and chose to soak up the moment. Strongly regret that decision, especially after seeing the pricing of these photos.
Not enough an la carte options, prices are very high for what you get.
The photo came in a regular cardboard envelope. It was bent in the mailbox, during a rain storm. If a photo is being mailed it should be in a package that is weatherproof.
Very pricey for low quality photos. I expected a lot more from a professional company capturing such a pivotal day. The pictures are very poor quality.
