You were there at the commencement
The order aite was difficult to follow. I wanted a package with multi shots and could not figure it out. The photos that came with low quality. My son's eyes were a black holes. Not impressed at all

To me the handshake is a classic grad pic and where the photographers were standing, it wasn't able to be captured. My son is in it, but the whole moment was not captured. Angle should include a whole body moment

Easy to order. Product received quickly
There were 3 pictures from graduation and only 2 were of my daughter. Another kid was identified as my daughter in error. Of the 2 pictures we had to choose from, one had a huge piece of hair in front of my daughter's face. It was windy the day of graduation but for the amount the pictures cost, i wish my daughter had an extra minute to put her hair behind her ear before they rook the picture. She felt rushed and knew the picture would be bad. So out of 3 pictures there was only 1 that was decent that we had to choose from.

The prices are extortion. As a broke college student you want me to spend 60$ for a Jpeg? It was an okay picture but this was my only way to purchase it so I had to buy it. I will be telling everyone I can to take their own pictures for this event in the future.
Very easy to use interface, excellent photography, but absolutely absurd pricing. Especially considering the sheer number of graduates the company is soliciting with these services.
Very poor quality of mailing envelope. Simply putting “do not bend” doesn’t work. Envelope arrived in poor condition. A piece of cardboard inside would have been a good idea.
The photos taken were subpar. My mentor's eyes were closed in every photo. If the photographer took half a second to check that it was okay and redid it I would have liked to have a photo printed of us. Then the photo options with the MSU emblem is awkward. I expected it to be vertical and instead it was printed as an awkward landscape photo which does not look right.

Had issues with our order. Tried to call the phone they list several times with each time getting a recording of "this call cannot be completed at this time." Sent three different emails to two different email addresses and never got a response. Its been a month now since I tried to communicate via email and phone and still no response form anyone. Customer service is completely non-existent.
