The picture I received was great and when I had an issue it was resolved quickly. I do struggle with the cost of the picture when there is no other option to get a picture of this important event. I feel as though you have no choice but to pay top dollar. This could be cost prohibitive and prevent some families from capturing the memories. I am happy that even with the higher costs of the photos they were great, and I would not have been able to capture one as good even if I had the opportunity.

One of the photos I ordered has the name of the university and college printed twice in red right in the middle of the photo.
Easy to order. Beautiful photos!
I was disappointed that we couldn’t bring cameras to the venue because there was professional photographers, but they very few pics of my kid (and many others kids) look like mug shots… let people bring their high quality zoom lens to events or provide more photos.
The product (photo frame with tassel holder) was very nice. My only suggestion would be to add personalization in addition to the "Class of 2025" tag -- being able to add my child's name and high school to it would've made it even better.

The quality of the photographs was acceptable at best. None were outstanding. I took better photos from the bleachers last year with my 200mm. The check out system was frustrating. I want to batch select all of the photos I want and then select the size, sizes, or package. Don't make me do it individually for each photo.
