Prices were stupid
The amount you charge for one photo is absolute robbery. Make the prices reasonable and give people the ability to have those forever moments of their kids. Unbelievable the cost.

This was such an important moment and the prices were totally outrageous. With a graduating class of more than 600, it is extreme greed to charge what you charge. I had to pick my favorite photo and forgo the others simply because the prices were ridiculous. If the prices were 50% less, I would have spent at least double.
We bought 150 dollars worth of photos and when i went to print the downloads the pictures were broken and weren't able to be printed i've tried many places they just don't work
The pictures in the frame were cheap looking, not separate photos. Background was not blurred out so you could see everything in the background. Not a plaque for the name and class but a photo of a plaque. A lot of money for a very cheap product.
Pictures were beautiful. A nice natural shot in the moment was caught. Just what I wanted. We love them.

I spent a lot of money on a photo package. I sent an email to your company indicating that I was dissatisfied with the two 8x10 photos since the graduation robe looked bad. I never received a response back from your company. I have never had a photo look so bad from a professional photo company.
The pictures were terrible. Had to use a third party photo app after overpaying from a couple digital photos for touchup. Never again would I use this company. Cheers.

Ridiculously overpriced! Unfortunately we had little choice about ordering as we as family could not get a close picture as your company was given the opportunity to do.
The flags used has a huge blue spot at the top where they were not completely matched up. They did not use the diploma holder in the photo like all years prior. Very bad photos this year. When sent an email to question did not receive a reply
