It was very easy to submit the photo of my student (for facial recognition), and I was excited to see how many pictures were available after graduation in terms of both candid and posed pictures. Ordering was seamless, and the prints arrived sooner than expected.
The digital photos were emailed very quickly, which was definitely appreciated. The photo quality, however, was not great. The color balance was very off, and the lighting was harsh. I wasn’t going to pay for a photo correction that should never have been an issue.

Well you could wait to take the photo when the subject is looking. 200.00 for 5 photos is highway robbery. We still had to send them to get actual prints!

Improve the clarity of the photos.
Ordered photo prints a month ago and still haven’t received them. Digital prints are astronomically expensive. Considering the graduation ceremony was 3 hours long, asking each kid for $200 for really five or six photos (without your background changes) means you are banking tens of thousands of dollars. Seems excessive. Also seems like we don’t have a choice since the parents sit behind a baseball safety net and cannot get a clean photo themselves.
Ridiculously expensive and essentially daylight robbery. Every package is priced so high. Even a single digital picture is close to 50$. They realize that this is an important event in the kids lives and families want to have good memories and they exploit it.
Some of the pictures were blurry and at a bad angle. Not great. But we had no choice but to buy them. It kind of sucks.
Price are ridiculous
I received a digital download. Unfortunately it was not sized for standard prints and the wording would be cut off in most/all prints. The actual picture was nice, but not sizing it so prints could be easily ordered is disappointing.
Photos are perfect! Super fast turnaround.
Work on timing when taking the photo. The photo grabbing the diploma was taken too soon, she was looking down and had her hand wide open. A photo of her in line, she is short and she was not center in the photo and the person in front of her was prominent. Useless photo.
The wind blew tassels in the kids faces. Try to get picture without tassel in face. Kids should get a free one from the school of hand shake w graduation certificate
Everything aspect of your photo processing business I appreciate.
Many of the pictures had people in the backgruond that ruined the picture.
So expensive
The special package of 3 for $99 was misleading and I accidentally ordered 2 for $120. Within minutes I e-mailed to cancel so I could reorder the package. NO RESPONSE. So I got ripped off and paid $120 for 2 photos instead of $99 for 3. And all of it is outrageously expensive with horrible customer service—should have given a 0.
Great pictures
Only wish we knew that you would be there before we hired a photographer for cap and gown pictures. A little earlier in the year notice would be nice.
The price was ridiculous
My framed photo arrived in a very broken frame. I reached out to the customer service email and sent photos. No one ever responded to me.
It was easy to order and the pictures were of good quality.
I thought photos were expensive and once I received the ordered photos, I was disappointed on how dark they were. The computer proofs were showing more balanced lighting and the physical photos were very dark - too dark to frame and hang on my wall.
I really was thrilled at the quality of the photos and so happy that SHS had this company on the turf to take close up photos.
How fast the photo was delivered.
Photos were fair at best, and the pricing is very disappointing. Charging $90 for for digital downloads feels excessive, especially for a graduation photo where families are already paying for multiple expenses. It feels like the cost takes advantage of an important milestone rather than being reasonably priced. Better, more family-friendly pricing options would make this a much better experience.
Pictures were great, I like that you can buy digital rights, and they were available quickly
There was one photo that came out particularly well. The rest were just okay. I understand the pictures are taken quickly too. The price per photo is a small fortune. Graduation is so expensive as is.
Very easy to order and you got very nice photos of my graduate with his diploma and with the principal.
