Great quality!!
Good quality images.
The photos arrived and the 8 x 10's are bent. The cardboard insert was too thin and the photos warped. We would like if they could be resent but are worried it would just happen again.

Convenience of the website
It was nice to order individual sizes at a reasonable price vs a package.
3 photos for $100 is insane. And I haven’t received them yet. They said it takes 4-6 weeks

The prints are so expensive, and take to long to arrive
The picture itself turned out great and the exposure. But the positioning of the picture was disappointing. My husband and I both gave my daughter the diploma on stage, and there is no view of anybody’s face. A side shot of my daughter’s face. It was a huge moment and we were told not to use our own phone to capture the moment that the professionals would.
Another option for the individual picture would be a plain back ground..

The pictures were poor quality, very grainy and pixilated.
The photos were of good quality. We liked the serious and the fun photos. I almost missed them though. With the rush and busy days at the end of senior year, I didn’t sign up with you before graduation. Therefore, I didn’t get notice of the pictures until quite a while after graduation. My daughter did, but she wasn’t the one paying for them. We have ordered the pictures now and are happy.😀
Over priced
Photos received were nice and cropped the way I selected. Though as a 70 year old senior it took me a while to figure out what I needed to do on your site.
Prices are out of range for many families. I know many friends who could not afford the photos. I only bought one as it was out of my budget for more.
The price for the photos were very high. While much of us parents greatly appreciate the work done, the prices would deter many from getting the photos. Assuming the company does a lot of this work, and knowing that parents are going to pay for these photos, they should be more affordable. You could drum up more business because more parents would buy them if you lowered the cost.
Yes, I know that we are also paying for the experience of the photographers. I am simply sharing an opinion.
Grainy and poor for price
The magnet we ordered was not as described. Maybe better images as examples?
For the expensive price of the pictures the mailing packaging could have been better!
When the pictures are shown to you for ordering, they are blurry. So I thought the pictures were gonna be blurry so that did make me hesitate on ordering. I reached out to a few people to see if there’s turned out OK and they did so I did order. Prices were too high.
You advertised best pricing with initial orders. After that expired you offered a discount AND free shipping over like $35. Won’t order from again!!
The image wasn’t centered or straight, though it was the best of the bunch. There wasn’t a method to straighten or crop the photo for the print that would fix any of that. I think some upfront editing or editing before print on your end would be appropriate.
I love the quality of the GRAD picture I ordered. I received the picture in a timely manner and I loved graduation ceremony and all the people involved in making it a spectacular. Thank you, Name removed.
Our photo arrived in a bent envelope, and while I see the envelope says do not bend and this seems to be a postal issue....maybe there's a way to send photos in different packaging.
