Expensive! Poor quality photos.

NEVER RECEIVED THE PHOTOS. Do Not know who to contact about this! PLEASE ADVISE.
The photos available were high quality but there were very few to choose from and the cost of digital copies was astounding ($100 for 3 jpegs).
I thought it was pretty expensive for a single photo. And you also sent me someone else's photo along with my daughters and I didn't know how to reach you.
The photo was cropped very short - doesn't look like the photo I ordered.
I feel it was excessive to charge for eyeglasses glare removal of the same picture with a different background ( flag vs plain grey) The photo is exactly the same the digital background is changed. I would have ordered more but even the downloads are too expensive.
Never got a response after contacting twice through the website regarding my order. I was sent a code and it didnt apply.
After a bit of time trying to figure out website and ordering it became easier to navigate. I wish I could have edited the actual photo like I was able to with the magnets and mugs. Received pretty fast which was nice.
The photos are of good quality and reasonably priced.

Great photography. I was the Director of Photography at a college. We were amazed at the shots and would highly recommend your company.
I think the pricing is a little excessive for digital products.
Prices are ridiculous for a measly digital copy of pictures that define a massive moment in a person’s life.
Every opportunity is business for you guys that’s so disappointing rubbish ruthless awful. How could you all cash the important event, knowing this can’t b miss by students that has already paid loads and loads of tuitions to complete the degree. How much would you all have faced losses, if not charged or very minimal charges for all that photos. You made an important event cash cow. Why didn’t you all have informed students that these huge charges expensive photos would incurred, we would have managed our family photographer. This is very indecent and inappropriate to keep it so expensive on things that you all know can’t b missed. Don’t do this. Inform this before or keep it free or minimal charges.

I loved the pictures on the slate. Very nice. I ordered one for me and one for the parents. I received my items very timely. Quicker than I thought.
i Felt like my pics were not perfect, as it was not centre of the pic with the president.
