Poor quality for the cost.
Disappointed in the view of the stage photo and individual standing photo.
With past children graduating their photos did not have people in the standing photo shot. This year you can see all the people by the stage in the background. Draws attention away from what is important, our graduate.
The stage photo was after the diploma had been given and he was walking away not looking up.
In the past it was of the handshake and passing of the diploma.
Overall bummed by the photos.

My son is autistic and there was zero effort to try to get him to look at the camera. All of the snaps were awful.

Prices are ridiculous for very basic shots. Nothing impressive. You have us over a barrel because we can’t get close to have good photos. It stinks. Even the ones backstage are so basic. Looks like school photos. Not impressive.
It was incredibly expensive. As a planner, I know we have options. TCAPS is being lazy and not shopping this out for families. My daughter was asked to look "silly" after she got her diploma and didn't want to. I bought photos, but I think it was outrageous.

Like the ease of ordering from the professional photographer who sent specific pictures and f my grandson.
I chose three pictures I wanted and one of them was slightly blurry, but I still ordered it anyway
Bad angle of my daughter and there were only 2 options. One of the photos was never sent to us out of the 3 stops for photos
The price was a lot for what I received.
There wasn’t many images to choose from, my son wasn’t smiling in any. There was none of him crossing the stage. And the download price was way too high.

I’m so upset the phone came so blurry and I cannot use them for my daughter’s open house. I reached out to somebody and never got a reply back. The open house is literally in two days. And now I have zero grad photos I was already debating. I’m not buying them in the first place because they’re quite expensive.! I’m so upset I will not ever use this company again and I do have others graduating soon as well
Pictures were blurry yet still mailed them and charged full price. Editing looked fake. Very disappointed
Just didn’t care for the vibe of how this company operates. Appreciate the pictures even if the prices seem extremely expensive even for one subpar picture. But you got me in a corner wanting to save a few memories to remember down the road. So kodos cashing in on it, just don’t like feeling like the dancing monkey on the other end of the string.
More importantly update your website. Seems…soulless. Even for a company getting hired by a public school district it’s giving off not pleasant vibes. Don’t have to look younger or win any pageants but having a personality is pretty important. When going through your website I got Colin Robinson (What We Do In The Shadows) vibes. So if that was the goal, congrats you did it. If not, please spend the money for a pleasant experience online.

The photo I received was out of focus but online looked fine, so I’m disappointed it wasn’t or couldn’t be touched up. It was expensive.
Not the best pose which I know is hard with all the movement. But pricing amd shipping is ridiculous too.
Pictures were great honestly. And I understand what goes into it. Again you did amazing job for all the kids! But to spend that much for just one picture let alone 2 just for myself. I disappointed my kid cause I couldn't afford the second one she wanted cause I could only afford the one for me.
The prices for the photos are outrageous.
You didn’t get good pictures of the kids getting their diploma. You got some but not all. Some you did get, had others in the background. There needs to. E a better system.
I emailed over a week ago about my pictures being blurry and I have not got a response.
Some of my pictures were blurry. Especially when printed.
The last order was great. I was extremely reluctant to order again however, because I emailed about my order 2 years ago & was ignored. When I ordered the grad plaque in 2024- the plexiglass cracked & the name plate tarnished. When I asked for a replacement piece of plexiglass- I got nothing. I am really hoping the same thing doesn’t happen with this order. I wanted my plaques to match for my photo wall. I
am hoping for the best.
Number & variety of photo choices!
Negative kinda hard to place order.
1) Our photos were all blurry. The camera focused on the people behind our graduate. 2) on the one clear photo there were spots on our graduate’s face caused by sun or lighting or something. For touch-ups, there was not an area to ask for them to be removed so we have these spots on our final photos. 3) I sent an email about these issues and have never heard from the company.

Photos arrived slightly damp.
When stray hair removal is paid for the customer should be able to say what hair they would like removed. I paid for it because my daughter had a few strands of hair coming down the front and it wasn’t removed so I feel like I paid extra for nothing.
