The picture clarity was not that great. Especially the 5*7 size pictures. The background was too dark and the image was not standing out. From the proof to the final output was not as expected .

The pictures turned out very nice & it was easy to order
I received 3 prints of my son's photos that were wayyy too dark. This was a total ripoff for what I paid for (1, 8 x 10 and 2, 5 x 7s) but I didn't want to NOT get a photo from his graduation. They were sent in the most flemsy envelope and Most of his pics had other people in them. In one he was literally ithe background for a female student... I tried calling several times and could not get an answer. I just hope that Farmington Hills school district does not do this to the next class to graduate. This company Stinks!

I never received my pictures that I purchased online.
Overall picture was nice but I paid extra for corrections to be made as needed and my son had glare on his glasses and there was a prominent white dot above his head. I emailed to ask for another picture either corrections made but received no response.
I sent a question multiple times to support and never heard back regarding missing photos taken in the hall wall.
Nice and clear
It would be nice if all the students got the same level of attention in images, especially for the price, considering there was no good way to get images ourselves. Most of my child's images felt like an afterthought.

The photos and photo stands were not great quality for the price. I regret purchasing them. The photo itself was also not great which is on the photographer.
