Pictures are cheap and poor quality
Picture with the principal they cut the feet off. Many students photos were like that. Many other student were full body picture. Our other daughter’s photo graduate of 2022 had a full body picture.
It’s ridiculous. Charging so much money for a JPG? ludicrous. disgusting. seriously you guys should be ashamed
You can start by acknowledging my multiple emails and support ticket. My photos were creased in the mail. I emailed the support address listed in my order and got no reply. I found another email address and tried that one. It gave me an auto reply with a ticket number but no one has responded.

I can’t sign into the website that is in this email. It won’t let me create an account (says the email is already registered) and if I try to reset my password (since I don’t know it and haven’t used that site before) it tells me I’m not authorized to use this portal.
Ease of access to photos selecting which ones I wanted

I received an email that I had two days left to buy my son‘s graduation photo. So I hurried up and rushed and bought it a week after that I received an email saying that I could still buy his photo and now it was 30% off. I think it’s really crappy that I was told that if I didn’t get it, it was my last chance and yet you had me pay more but the following week I could’ve got a discount.
The photos from the graduation ceremony were below satisfactory. We were told not to take any pictures because your company would be capturing all the moments. Well, that didn't happen. There were only 2 worth having. None of him receiving his diploma, just the one with 5 different AI backgrounds and where he's looking off to the side while walking into the ceremony. Then add in your absolute ridiculous cost... for anything. Make sure you make that money off of such a precious moment that I wouldn't in a million years hire you for.

The quality of the mug and magnet were not great. The school logo on the mug was not accurate

I would like to have made my own package and I don't think it was easy as it could be might be that I am used to a certain format on the websites and this one was different
Glare on the diploma cover makes it look white.
The photo quality did not justify the high price tag. Spent much less on photos from Ohio State graduation with much better quality.
Upper right hand corner of photo has a greyish white discoloration.... Not sure if this is a shadow or what. It will show when scrapbooked into my son's school album
Hi we received pressure emails that it was the last day/week to purchase photos. Also stated there was a discount. Bought a huge package and did not get a discount and now the pictures are still available to purchase but at a discount. I could have waited if there was going to be a discount and I knew I did not need to purchase by June 15 to get photos.
I understand there are a lot of kids but more pictures would of been nice.

My photos came horrible. One out of focus another cut terrible. Still waiting for my re-prints. The price is not worth the inconvenience.

Packing ruined my pictures. They were just put in an envelope with no protection. I am very upset at how these arrived especially for the high price!!!
