Excellent photos
While I appreciate what you do and I feel I have a bit of an emotional connection to you because you're from Yipsi (where both my parents were born and my grandparents still live), I feel like the prices for photos that were taken 8 years ago are way too high. Both my sisters graduated from different schools who used different photographers. Each were able to get a digital copy of all the pictures they were in for around $50 to $75. That's so much cheaper compared to what your listed prices are. I would love if perhaps as time went on you discounted the price of photos, or if you could just lower the prices in general. Other than that, everything I experienced with your company was as I would have expected.
I'm very happy with the picture and the speed with which it was sent.
Printed my plaque incorrectly multiple times; failed to get it right after months of back and forth; eventually got a refund back. I wish my school had went with another company.
Quality in photo (more even skin color) could be improved, and shipping material. Photos should be shipped in a thicker or an envelope of better quality to prevent damage during shipping.
A replacement photo was offered to me. I appreciated that.

When mailing photos put in a different (harder, thicker, photo protector envelop) to prohibit bending by the postal service!
I called as the photos of my daughter were slanted in the proofs. I was able to talk to a person on the phone and they sent me new proofs that were much better. That is good customer service. Thank you.
We pay a good amount of money for photos and you mail them in a cheap envelope and they get bent on the mail. They have a big fold mark on them.
I have not received my order yet and there has been no communication yet to know when they will arrive.

It was fine. Easy process. Kinda burried the single photos which isn't ideal but it was an easy process over all.

The photos looked clear online but printed out they were not
I chose an outdoor background and the image has a black shadow behind the person that looks very fake and very much distracts from the photo. If I could change the background to a neutral gray or blue that would look like a wall background I would be much more pleased with the product.
