It was very expensive to buy the rights to the photos (in my opinion)
Packaging was very cheap and should have been placed in a non-bendable envelope. The pictures were creased from the cheap packaging allowing the product to bend and form a crease on the photos. This is unacceptable for how much was paid.
Haven’t received photos yet, only ordered 2 and it’s been 3 weeks.

Cost was average, shipping was real fast it came in a few days I was expecting 2-4 weeks as the ad said and it delivered in a few days. Quality of the picture was also as professional.
I ordered a print recently from when I graduated because I didn’t have the money right after graduation. The print on the website is made out to look like two pics mounted with a metal plaque on the bottom. What I recieved is literally a huge scam. It’s all printed on one piece of paper. Two pictures that LOOK like they are framed but it’s just printed and the “gold plaque” is also printed. Honestly super disappointed I purchased this and have posted this in some places to warn other potential customers.

The physical print was not clear and colorful like the image on the internet. Very sad, and I ordered 2. My mother was also disappointed. I would love Foto to replace with more attention to detail. Ty
The pictures were awesome
I was not able to see the photos up close enough on the samples and the one I chose two 5x7 has my hair flying in the air. Maybe when the picture is taken I could look at it to see if it's OK. Plus, it is way way too expensive. In the future I will not ask the photographer to take any of our pictures.
I was looking for old photos and someone answered my email quickly and I received the pictures I wanted pretty quick also. Good quality!
Blurry, the dame photo cropped in different angles. I just wanted 2 photos and had to buy 3. Too expensive for low quality pictures

The photographer was very nice, but I hate the head tilting. I do not like any of my composite photos because the head tilts were weird. I would prefer straight/head-on shots.
Overall the pictures were nice. I was disappointed that our hands were cut off. It was nice to have this service privided.
Good quality photos, liked that you could add/delete text and make other edits. Just would have liked more simple package options, like 3 of the same image, so I didn't have to order them all separately.
